What I liked most was how neat, clean, and tidy everything was. The hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were kind and attentive throughout our stay. The room had a beautiful Japanese touch that made the experience feel authentic and special. Although it is a small hotel, it felt incredibly cozy and homely. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and truly enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The only thing that could have made the stay even better would be complimentary coffee and tea in the room. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

The rooms are new, all facilities are new too. The location is amazing, it is just 10 minutes walk away from Daimaru and Nishiki Market. Also one bus ride away from kyoto station, close to bus stops as well. Though the room is small, it has everything we need. They also store your luggage for you and you can just travel around worry free before check in and after check out.

L’emplacement est parfait et les prestations sont très bien. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable.

Cons:

Les gens qui pique niquent dans le lobby de l’hôtel. Cela donne une très mauvaise image et dessert l’établissement. Il faudrait également préciser les chambres à l’aveugle. Aucune possibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres ni de voir à l’extérieur. Pour les claustrophobes c’est terrible !
