A hotel you could spend the entire day in
Pros:

The staff were lovely and helpful, the manga library had the top range selection, the relaxation lounge was amazing, the bath was a perfect temperature and tattoos were not a restriction. The rretro gaming room was fantastic, and the location couldn't have been better. We added on the breakfast for our stay, which was one of the bwst we'd had and included local specialties. I loved the signs around the hotel that were model themed too.

Cons:

I booked it for the modeling room, but I wasn't sure if I'd found it or not. There was a table with an air painting station in the retro gaming room, but I didn't see any other tables for building the models or tools to borrow, and I couldn't see a sign for it on the map. The hotel had a lot of things though, so I may have missed it.

快適なホテル
Pros:

ロケーション。コスパの良さ。
部屋とベッドの広さ。ベットマットの固さ。
大きいネットTV。珍しいセパレートの部屋着。
冷蔵庫は小さめ(問題なし)
ユニットバスも広めで快適。
お湯もすぐに溜まるのでストレスフリー。
アメニティもロピーで必要分いただけて。
1階→2階のロビーまでがエスカレーターなのも
便利でした。
ほとんど言うことなしでした。

ほぼ言うことなしなので良くない、
とゆー訳ではないですが
強いて言えば
部屋のシャワーフックにホールド力が全くなくて
フックにかけたままではシャワーを浴びることができず、地味に不便でした。
両手で頭を流しながら洗えません。

ロケーション良いので当然ですが、
ホテル前に駐車、とか無理です。
料金気にしないならほぼ隣にコインパ有。

Worth the longer walk, staff very helpful.
Pros:

Wonderful and knowledgeable staff helped navigate during a typhoon. Know the area well and made great suggestions.

Cons:

It’s a bit far from the station but worth the walk.

美味しい旅でした
Pros:

街の中でアクセス抜群です。朝食が静岡の名物、黒ハンペンのおでんや桜エビのかき揚げなど盛りだくさんでとても美味しいです。わさび茶漬けやウェルカムドリンクも最高です！

Cons:

以前宿泊した時はリファのドライヤーでしたが、今年は古いドライヤーに変わっており、お風呂場の一番右側のドライヤーは一つ壊れて冷風しか出ませんでした。残りの二つはワタゴミが溜まっていました。

Pros:

1) Free beverage at the restaurant most of the day.
2) Free chazuke at the restaurant from 8pm onwards (limited stock).
3) Lovely lounge area with a vast library of manga, massage chairs, and public bath.
4) Beautiful location in Shichikencho (we encountered a night market event at Aoba Symbol Road), with plenty of food options.
