始めのドアマンの方の心配りにまず感動。
受付や、レストランスタッフの皆さん、全て親切丁寧で、驚きました。
室内も綺麗で、2人で宿泊でしたが、タオルやハンガーやミネラルウォーターの予備があり助かりました。
Kアリーナから直結してるのも、嬉しかったです。

お風呂場がちょっと匂い気になったけど、それを忘れてしまうくらい最高のホテルでした！！
Pros:

ホスピタリティがとにかく最高。スタッフの方の笑顔も素敵でしたし、誕生日ということでサプライズプレゼントも頂きました✨さらにお部屋もアップグレードして下さっていたり、電話対応も丁寧だったりと、とにかく居心地が良かったです！お部屋の高級感も流石でした！

お風呂場で水を流すと、異臭がしました。

Kアリーナでライブがあり、利用しました。近いのはもちろんですが、規制退場にも巻き込まれず、スタッフにカードキーを見せると列から抜け出せる仕組みでした。ヒルトン横浜に泊まったことで、ライブをより楽しめたと思います。清潔感やスタッフさんの対応も文句なしです。快適に過ごせました。アメニティの雪肌精も良かったです。鏡が多くて化粧するのにも同行者と被らなくて良いです。また絶対に利用したいと思えるホテルでした。
