Le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas optimal ! C'est l'hébergement le plus cher que nous avons réservé (4 jours) lors de notre voyage d'un mois.
Il ne profite pas de la meilleure localisation en tant que voyageur, mais cet hébergement a été une solution last minut impeccable, après la découverte d'un autre logement réservé que nous avons dû quitter sur la hâte en raison de son insalubrité.
The location is super convenient for the subway to anywhere and the monorail to Haneda Airport. The kitchenette and nearby grocery means I can stick to my dietary regimen--an important health benefit. I like being able to do laundry in my room.
My room just had a shower, no tub. There wasn't space to open my suitcase except on the bed. I stayed in a bigger room before, that had a bath tub and more space. The kitchenette needed a bigger microwave-safe bowl for cooking.
Lack of towel racks to dry my towels. Ended up hanging a hand towel from the toaster oven door and my bath towel on a hanger on the door

Room was spacious by Tokyo standards, and very clean. Having a basic kitchen, with pots and implements was great, as was the washing machine with dryer function. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The nearby train station has an express run to Haneda Airport, and the Yamamoto Line has a great loop around the important stops in town. Everything functioned splendidly, and I will stay here again when in Tokyo.
Easy to reach different areas of Tokyo. Comfortable bed, friendly staff, lots of food options nearby.
The location was fantastic, well connected with lots of great izakaya close by. The hotel was very quiet, I couldn't hear any street noise or other guests. It was convenient to have laundry in the room and the room was quite large.

The room was small, however bigger than I expected.
The addition of a washer/dryer is a game changer when packing for a longer trip and was effectively located in the room to avoid clutter.
Mind you legs on the bed corner ;)
La chambre était confortable et propre. La machine à café au rez-de-chaussée offrait une large gamme de café. La station de métro est proche du logement.
