Warm and Friendly
Pros:

Warm and friendly welcoming staff. Very helpful when we arrived and when we're leaving. Free breakfast was a lovely touch. Oh and the ice machine in the shared kitchen.

Room was enough for the two if us with our luggage that doubled over the trip.

Great location, small room
Pros:

The location is great - right next to the restaurants in shinjuku - and the shared spaces are really nice. The room is decent and clean.

Cons:

The room is quite small, not sure if it would be comfortable for more than one person with a large suitcase.

Within walking distance from Shinjuku Station
Pros:

Location is probably the strongest point of this hotel. Staff are extremely kind and helpful. Cleanliness isn't a question. It is easy to reach from Shinjuku Station.

Cons:

Room and especially bathroom are quite small.

Prima locatie als je niet te lang op je kamer wilt verblijven..

Cons:

De kleine badkamer. Alles op en in elkaar verweven. Heel onhandig en veel te krap. Douchekraan zit scheef tov badkuip waar je in staat.

Otelin konumu cok güzel, cok merkezi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardım sever. Çalışanlardan Enes bey bize cok yardımcı oldu, cok ilgilendi. Otelin genel olarak herseyinden memnun kaldık,odalarin genişliği de gayet yeterliydi tek bir geri bildirim olarak odaların zemini parke olsaydı cok ama cok daha iyi olurdu. Her şey icin cok teşekkürler. Tekrar görüşmek üzere.

Sadece odaların zemininin hali olmasını sevmedim.

Central, well outfitted and welcoming
Pros:

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Shinjuku and you could go any direction and see something new, but given the location it was pretty quiet, but you should expect some noise - general city sounds - when you are right in the thick of it.

The actual room was pretty spacious - still small but better than some places we stayed on our holiday - and well outfitted and modern.

We used the laundry which was very clean and cheaper than other places we stayed on our trip. We really liked the lounge/seating area for guests to use, something we did not experience at any other place we stayed. It was good to be able to get out of our room and sit in a light-filled space while waiting for the washing or our son and enjoy a snack in a pleasant environment.

It does give the impression on the website of being a younger persons hotel but not when you are there and we saw plenty of families like ours with older 'young adult' kids staying there and it was very welcoming.

Cons:

Bathroom was the smallest of any place we stayed on our holiday, was not bad, just an observation.
