I would stay over again if im visiting fukuoka next time
Pros:

Location, view, things were prepared.
I worries little bit about check-in cuz some reviews said they struggled, but it was quick and easy.

Cons:

The place was little dusty and utensils weren’t clean

空間大，朋友聚餐很方便！而且還提供75吋超大電視！整體來說我會給85分，但唯一小小建議，希望房務可以更細心整理一下！灰塵有點多！

Pros:

La posizione centrale, la vista sul fiume e la stanza grande con presenza di cucina e tutto il necessario per eventualmente far colazione.

Cons:

Il check in è stato molto complicato, non si capisce come entrare in struttura, una volta riusciti ad entrare con codici di sicurezza che arrivano via mail abbiamo dovuto fare un check in con tablet comprensivo di chiamata live con operatore e pagamento di tassa di soggiorno (almeno 15' di tempo).
La stanza non era molto pulita.

本來以為在運河旁邊會很潮濕，結果沒有非常的乾爽舒適也沒有霉味浴室也很乾淨整潔，整體都很舒適
