I found the images on the site to be misleading, the rooms are small and were not as clean as expected.
Pros:

Location was central to everything.

Cons:

The listing suggests there is a pool, it’s a onsen which is different from a swimming pool — partly why I booked this particular hotel.

The hotel refers itself as a 4-star hotel, it is closer to a 3-star hotel. The rooms were not as clean as we would’ve like them to me, it felt old and outdated. There a coat of dust on our headboards, and scuffs on the walls. The images of the property are much nicer than what you get in-person.

Pros:

As others noted, location was amazing. We had 2 rooms facing different directions and both were quiet with comfortable beds. The triple twin room was a v good size with good seating area and view. The Onsen was enjoyable, clean and never overly busy. Breakfast had many good western and Japanese options and we found everything fresh and flavorful- also v good coffee and tea options. Staff helpful and friendly. This hotel was the start of our second trip to Japan and first time in Osaka and we enjoyed every minute there!

Pros:

Un hotel súper céntrico. Con mucha categoría y buen gusto. En la avenida de las tiendas de lujo de Osaka y a unos pocos pasos de Dotonbori. Cogimos una habitación para 4 muy grande. Súper amplia. Buen desayuno. El mejor de los 5 hoteles en que hemos estado en nuestro viaje por Japón.

Absolutamente todo perfecto!!

Like the onse but mostly convenient for someone who wants only eat and shopping

Easy access to all restaurants and shoping stores

Cons:

Laundry room a little tight and the dryer was not hot enough tondry all the cloths at once! Need to re-run 4x for 3 bags of clothes ( family of 5)

I wouldn’t stay here again, overall quite disappointing.
Pros:

The location was great. Although quite noisy at night but to be expected when in the middle of a city. The room was clean.

Cons:

For a family of 4 one person had to sleep on the window seat lounge - was provided a sheet to put over it and a blanket and pillow. Very small for 4 people and the cost. The beds were very hard, pillows cheap and the water pressure terrible . Wespent a lot of time waiting on the lifts which were always packed. You can only use the facilities if your willing to do it naked, this was not made clear on the listing when booking. Buffet breakfast was very mediocre at best.
