Centrally located, accessible to all transit and restaurants without the late night noise.
Pros:

Everything was great, the rooms were spacious and the water pressure in the shower is strong. The beds were very comfortable and room was overall very clean.

Cons:

Both pillows were too soft and elevator wait time is long sometimes. Other than that, nothing to complain about. This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it!

The stay itself was really good and loved the hotel

Cons:

I left a jacket with zipped pockets and 2 items in the pocket on the bed. It was a brand new jacket and the pocket with the items was zipped. I contacted them and they sent me the items but said they didn’t have the jacket. It is impossible that they fell out as it was zipped and I don’t see how the items (that would have no use for anyone as one was a retainer) could be found but not the jacket that they were inside

Location, small but useful room

Cons:

Cleaning level is not enough. Every day we did need to ask for clean mug for coffee. Cleaning staff insisted not to take the used mug and glasses on the floor

My family and I enjoyed our stay during our 9 nights at the hotel. Everything when well.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu was everything that I wanted. The facilities were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I personally would have been happy to see pancakes or waffles on the breakfast menu.
