Comfortable room and available spa. Good breakfast, but could be a bit more Japanese style dishes. Very helpful staff.

Cons:

The spa temperature was not always as hot as expected. Toilet room light shuts off soon unless you move.

Clean as a whistle, modern, well appointed, comfortable beds and bedding, fantastic location in the midst of the hustle and bustle yet dead quiet in the comfort of the room.

Cons:

Rooms are a fair size compared to a lot of others in Japanese cities, but still a little tight

Great location. Be sure to get a room not overlooking a main road.

Location! Right next to Dotonbori st.
Comfortable bed. Clean. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Our room was overlooking a main road and bikes were making terrible noise all night. The next night we were moved to another room which was quiet (but smaller).

Stay in a great hotel in a great location
Pros:

Location is great, staff are friendly and hotel is clean. Shrine in front of hotel which is incredible! Rooms are a little small for the price point but I think the great location evens out price.

Cons:

A bit small
But it’s still a great hotel.
