初めての利用だったが又再利用したい
Pros:

清潔感があり個室のキャビンで落ち着いたし、チックアウトが11時というのも時間に余裕が出来て良かった。喫煙ルームがあるのも良かった

Pros:

天神駅にほど近く、立地が非常によかった。
価格も適正に感じました。
また、部屋はしっかりとしたベットだったので睡眠はしっかりと取れた。
隣に美味しい居酒屋もあるので一杯飲むのによい。
今後も機会があれば利用したい。

Cons:

カプセルホテルの関係上、空調の調節が難しいのでどうしようもないが、冷房が効きすぎているようには感じた。
また、トイレに関してはもう少し掃除や扉の調整を行ってほしいと感じました。

Pros:

価格帯はよし。駅に近く利便性が高い。

Cons:

予約管理に不手際がありチェックインまで1時間待たされた。ミスは仕方がないにしろその後の対応が問題で、1時間待たせたことに謝罪がなく何事も無かったかのように受付を始める。予約の不備を予約サイトの責任と言い放ちホテル側の不備ではないと開き直るなど。
予約管理、トラブル対応、接客などホテルとしての基礎たる業務が当然求められる水準に到底達していないと感じた。
