Pros:

The room was nice and in a good location. View was incredible.

Cons:

You could hear everything going on in all the rooms around us. Food on offer was average and not a huge range and expensive. Go to the convenience store next door to the hotel. The bakery food was nice.

Excellent staff, location and rooms!
Pros:

Our fifth stay at Omo3. We love the central location, lovely staff and terrace! Our room was clean and sunny, with great view of Sensoji Temple.

Cons:

More variety in food options in Terrace Cafe would be nice.

Correcto pero no volvería
Pros:

Hemos visitado 9 hoteles durante nuestras vacaciones y aunque Omo3 tiene una terraza y una área de food&drink con vistas espectaculares y habitaciones modernas no volvería a este hotel. Las almohadas son mejores que otros hoteles ya que no son duras ni altas.

Cons:

Hay algunos puntos que nos ha decepcionado: la mayoría de habitaciones no tienen vistas si no son las más grandes, no hay el desayuno de hotel aunque hay una área de food&drink dónde puedes comprar algunos productos para comer. Además la habitación es pequeña y no hay sitio para las maletas más grandes que las de cabina. Es el hotel con menos amenities que hemos visitado: cepillo de dientes, toalla de baño, cuchila de afeitar, peine, cotonetes para las orejas, las pantuflas son de pésima calidad y no hay botella de agua, café o te en la habitación. Incluso en hoteles cápsula hay más amenities como son cremas hidratantes, loción de afeitar, productos de limpieza facial y varios skincare.

Court séjour à Asakusa
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir le quartier et au-delà. Facilement accessible depuis la gare et calme. Roff top sympa.

Cons:

Chambre très exiguë et sans vraie fenêtre. Probablement la norme pour ce prix (chambre standard), mais si nous l’avions su, nous aurions choisi la gamme supérieure. La décoration de l’hôtel est minimaliste, moderne mais un peu lugubre. L'esprit "do it yourself" fait un peu pingre. Bref : déjà trouvé mieux dans le quartier.

Cons:

The view was the only saving grace of this hotel. No one collected any of our rubbish for 3 days, room turns into a hot box due to open bathroom layout with no fan, beds are extremely uncomfortable and rooms are so much smaller than what is advertised. We were supposed to stay for 6 nights and ended up moving hotels after 3 nights. The hotel stuff were also extremely unhelpful and said they wouldn’t assist as at all and that we needed to go through booking.com for a refund. When we were checking out early, they told us they would refund us just to turn around 5 minutes later and said they wouldn’t. Booking.com weren’t helpful either, said they couldn’t refund us without the hotels approval. After 5 days, the hotel hadn’t responded so booking.com processed our refund. Then OMO3 responded after 9 days and said they wouldn’t refund us again, making booking.com reverse our already processed refund. Beyond a joke. Would never book this hotel again and most certainly won’t be using booking.com again
