Pros:

Nous avons adoré le Nozo Hôtel !
La chambre était très propre et très confortable, ils nous avaient même préparé des serviettes en forme de cygne pour notre lune de miel. Tout était parfait, malheureusement nous ne sommes pas restés longtemps pour tester la salle de sport et les bains japonais

Pros:

Very comfortable rooms and great amenities. Our room was compact but well designed so there was space for everything - suitcases under the bed, enough hanging space and storage in the bathroom. Staff were also excellent and very friendly.

Modern hotel, comfortable bed, great customer service.
Pros:

Hotel is modern. The rooms we stayed in was the queen bed room. Although it is small, every corner is well thought out and functional. The amenities are modern and new.
The staff are excellent, all are able to speak good English which was helpful. The location is central.
I need to mention a very helpful staff. Her name is Deegii. She was at the reception in the morning. I related to her that I left some items in the previous hotel at Noboribetsu and she assisted me to contact the hotel at Noribetsu and the Sapporo hotel staff to coordinate the delivery of my items from Noboribetsu to Sapporo. She was so patient with me and I truly want to thank her for helping me. She even helped to follow up on the delivery while I went out to enjoy the beautiful Furano. Thank you Deegii!!!
To the management of the Nozo hotel, I want to say thank you for employing staff of high calibre to be at the Frontline. They have provided excellent customer service to the customers.

When I went for my onsen, the changing room was very stuffy and warm and over crowded.

Good start with poor ending
Pros:

The room is Modern, compact & comfortable

Cons:

At 9:15am there was practically nothing much left for breakfast when breakfast ends 10am. We asked one kitchen staff about the bread and she said they are baking, much to our delight. When we asked again at abt 9:30am, another staff said they did not intend to bake and there was no replenishment for food. What a let down.

Pretty hotel but lacks practicality and attention to details

Very tight room and toilet size

The most disappointing part was, despite having the Do Not Disturb sign on our door, the housekeeping staff still came into our room, moved our things and actually dumped our clothes that were on our bed onto the bedside lamp (yes, our clothes were literally on top of the bedside lamps and were not even put back on the bed properly, unfortunately we forgot to take photos of this to show how it looked like.

My partner and I were appalled, we’ve never experienced this at any hotels we’ve stayed at, ever. I would also suggest, please use bigger signs for your room signage’s as they are so small, that even their the hotels own staff seems to have missed it.
