スタッフは対応が良く全体的には良かったです。
Pros:

朝食が良かったです。スタッフの対応も良かったです。

Cons:

ダブルベットで2人だったのですが　ゆったりするスペースが無いかなと。女風呂だけなのか、露天風呂のドアは開いてたのですが　お湯が張ってなかったので残念でした。

Pros:

Staff were really helpful and accomodating. Very well spoken english, making comms a breeze. Location is great, quiet so you can have a good rest. Facilities are very clean and new, just makes your stay there so much more comfortable. Definitely will return.

Cons:

Our room was 191 sqft, kind of cramp, but it was only for 1 night, so no biggy.

台前人員親切

1有飲水機
2很大方的給了9個衣架，足夠掛滿無法烘乾的衣服

Cons:

1沒有門禁：入口進入即可直接進電梯、毋需嗶卡就能到客房層。
2隔天的房務沒有補充備品，要到櫃檯拿。
3停車位少，吃個晚飯回來就要靠技術停到邊邊角角的空地上。
4洗手台的設計讓水容易積在台上，放在台上的東西都泡水了。

Nice ambiance hotel. Well located in Furano town. Breakfast is adequate, not buffet style. Very friendly staff. Easy Parking.
