It was very clean and comfortable, the staff are very nice.
Pros:

Cons:

No rotenburo, fake plants in the onsen window. I wish they have two chairs in the room. Just one is not enough

Very clean and professional hotel with excellent service
Pros:

Hotel is new and very clean. Common are seemed very nice, but we didn’t have time to use it. Private onsen was easy to book. Water was hot and clean and there was all the amenities. Also room was big and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Highly recommended. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

We couldn’t think of anything to complain about aside from some kitschy decorations!

Pros:

We saw deer while eating breakfast from the window.
Its clean and overall very nice.

Cons:

We read in advance the critism people had of the place, so we weren't surprised and overall really enjoyed our stay.
There is something very cheap about the hotel, you can see that there is a good eye for design, but the material used to make it all hapen feels really cheap.
They went for a luxury feel, but the execution is lacking, breakfast was actually really good, but it was served on a massive plate making it visually look like a very weird tasting menu, instead of breaking it down to smaller plates making it feel like abundance, which is usually what you expect from a cabin bed and breakfast..

Agréable surprise avec un petit déjeuner léger mais bon.
Pros:

Tout était propre, calme et accueillant. Un parking juste devant.

Cons:

Nous avions une voiture donc sans, il faut voir si l’hôtel peut vous déposer un peu plus près des loueurs de vélos. Le lac est à proximité avec un peu de marche.

Magnifique hôtel
Pros:

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel a été extrêmement accueillant, attentionné et toujours disponible. L’établissement bénéficie d’un emplacement très calme et reposant, idéal pour se détendre pleinement. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la possibilité de privatiser les bains chauds de type onsen, une expérience vraiment relaxante et intimiste. Enfin, la chambre était superbe : très spacieuse, confortable et parfaitement entretenue. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation !
