직원도 모두 친절하시고, 한국말과 영어가 능통한 직원이 계셔서 정말 편했습니다. 무엇보다도 객실이 정말 조용했고 침대와 베게가 너무 편해서 꿀잠잤어요. 연세드신 부모님과 여행갔는데 다음에도 여기로 올 거 같아요. 강력하게 추천합니다.

Pros:

チェックイン前に荷物を預けましたが、スタッフの方が笑顔で気持ち良く対応して下さいました。
今回も夜鳴きそばのサービスを頂きましたが、スピーディな作業なのに優しい応対でとても嬉しかったのと美味しかったです！

Cons:

夜の食事を店内で出来るかとスタッフにお聞きしたところ、レストランのバイキングになるのと大人1名の料金は4400円との事で量の食べられない高齢者がいた為に断念しました。

Pros:

Amazing baths, loved how quiet the hotel felt despite being so big. Had almost no waiting time for the private onsens, ice cream was delicious, the most relaxing stay, really!
