Iets minder centraal en rustig gelegen hotel in Ginza
Pros:

We wilden graag in de buurt van de vismarkt. Dat is dit hotel wel, maar de 'echte' visveiling zit inmiddels op een andere plek. Wel veel goede (vis)restaurantjes in de buurt. Personeel was bij ontvangst echt een stuk minder aardig dan in alle andere locaties die we in Japan hebben gehad. OK, iedereen kan een keer zijn dag niet hebben. Bedden waren erg goed. Ontbijt was goed. Als je in Ginza wilt zitten zijn er hotels die meer centraal liggen. De wandeling terug naar het hotel leverde nog een verrassende encounter met 2 echte geisha's op.

Cons:

Er zijn geen tattoo stickers voor de onsen. Niet erg, wel onhandig. Hotel ligt een beetje buiten de winkelzone.

A very good hotel but not yet to the expected level of a 4 stars
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great, right next to the fish market.
The rooms are modern and the bed comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers a lot of variety.
The staff is very kind and helped us with sending our luggage to the next hotel.

Cons:

I believe they are not yet entirely to the standard of a 4 stars hotel. The “bathrooms” lack amenities as simple as somewhere to hang your towel.
The rooms are quite small and very easily crowded.

Good price, clean rooms, staff were very friendly

Cons:

There were only 4 laundry machines available and they were always taken. Even when one finished no one would come claim it for a long time and there was no clean baskets so I could remove their clothes.
