Very nice three night stay in family room

Lo staff è molto disponibile e accogliente. Abbiamo ricevuto conferma immediata anche alla richiesta di late checkout. Struttura alberghiera ben tenuta, luminosa e arredata con gusto. La camera tripla che abbiamo prenotato era molto spaziosa e confortevole, completa di tutto (compresi accessori per igiene personale). Ottima colazione, molto variegata con offerta salato e dolce. Molto soddisfatti!

築地の立地の良さと大浴場がいい旅になった。
Pros:

大浴場がゆったりしていて良かった。立地もいろいろなところへアクセスしやすい。スタッフの対応が親切だった。３泊中中日に疲れていたので、室内で過ごしていたため、リネンの交換ができなかったのですが、フロントに相談したらすぐに用意していただきました。清掃員の方にもごみ収集を頼んだら手早く対応していただきありがたかったです。

Cons:

大浴場に初めて行くときに、男湯に間違えて入りそうになってしまいました。男湯も２ロックにした方が安心です。
室内の換気扇とエアコンフィルターの埃が気になりました。

Pleasant stay at great location.
Pros:

Great onsen, good rooms, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small so no space for suitcases at all when with more than one person. But I know this is normal in Tokyo hotels. Staff friendly but impersonal. Not pleasant that the airco switched off during the night so I woke up sweaty in the middle of the night. Otherwise nice hotel.

快適な素泊まりにぴったり！
Pros:

ホテル内で快適に過ごせるようよく研究されているように思いました。お陰様で快適に過ごすことができました。
大浴場も清潔で程よい広さ、また飲み物のサービスもあり、大変良かったです。
銀座までの移動は、電車よりも都バスが非常に便利でした。

Cons:

フロントに飲み物の24時間サービスがあるためか、部屋にはドリップ式の珈琲がありませんでした。部屋にもあったら良かったなと思いました（インスタントの緑茶のみでした）。
エレベーターから一番近い部屋だったためか、終始エレベーター音や人が動く音が気になりました。そこだけは残念でした。
