Good location, nice rooms but premium room not worth it.
Pros:

Clean, good location and nice rooms. The spa was good but no one to assist.

Cons:

The lounge was not good. Food and drinks were limited considering the extra cost to stay in premium suite. Alcohol selection was poor as were the snacks. No club soda for example. No salt or pepper when asked for them.

셰프가 직접 만들어주는 와규덮밥등의 음식은 최고였습니다.
치킨 가라아게, 스프카레 등의 음식들도 매우 맛있었습니다.
아이들과 함께 이용하기에도 매우 편리했고, 서비스가 좋았습니다.

Cons:

밤에 오토바이 소리가 좀 들리기는 했으나 불편할 정도는 아니였습니다.
불편한점이 거의 없을 정도로 아이들과 매우 편하게 지내고 온 숙소 였습니다.
지금까지 여행하며 숙박했던 숙소 중 최고로 꼽을 수 있습니다.

Perfect location, great facilities
Pros:

Loved this hotel. Fantastic location in heart of Susukino with shops right next door and subway and tram out the front. Wasn’t noisy at all and very sleek and modern.

One of the best hotels we’ve been to 🎇
Pros:

Incredible location, with easy access to the subway, bus, and tram. Located within the mall Cocono Susukino, which was honestly one of the friendliest and most interesting malls we’ve been to.

Very attractive interior design, and the room was clean and comfortable. If you choose to, your room can be cleaned (bedlinen and towels changed) daily. Room was of comfortable size, with well-placed furniture and amenities. Lights and charging outlets easily accessible. Very customer-centric. Wifi was very stable, and the smart TV (with Netflix and YouTube access) and Marshall speaker made our stay more enjoyable. Special shoutout to the room slippers - it’s so cute and comfortable, and thank you for the disposable slippers and laundry bag as well. Also, we were able to watch the Toyohira summer fireworks from our room window! Partially obscured, but with great comfort inside our hotel room.

Shower facilities and toilet were great. Perfect water pressure from the shower head, and able to enjoy a bath as well. Overall excellent!

Cons:

Our only complaint was the coin laundry (washer + dryer) - it was only able to fit up to 3kg, and didn’t dry well, so clothes were still damp afterwards.
