Pros:

Location is excellent. The room is spacious, bed and pillow very comfortable. The premium lounge and spa is also nice and not crowded. Breakfast variety is also good.

Cons:

There are only 5 coin washing machines and 1 is out of order. A stronger warning should be posted so guests will be more alert to take their clothes back instead of just a warm reminder asking guests to be considerate. When I made a complaint that guest is occupying the machine after the clothes are washed, the reception staff just told me there's nothing they can do.

Nice Choice, But Will Look For Better Value in the Future
Pros:

The location is perfect! The staff was nice. The bed was comfortable. The hotel provides safety features to protect its guests. Mostly, the room was very clean, and the cleaning staff was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet could have been better...some of the choices were very bland, and the seating was not comfortable.
The price of the room was high compared to other hotels nearby. The room was extremely small for the room charge, and the bathroom had a persistent mildew smell.

Heart of the city accommodation
Pros:

Very convenient location in the heart of Sapporo City. Close to Susukino station and Pole Town shops. Easy access to bus stop for the Airport.

Cons:

Busy streets! Room without window can feel suffocating if staying for longer periods.
