Reasonable price for the super-modern/clean hotel in the wonderful location!
Pros:

The hotel is situated right above the subway entrance. There were lots of shops and restaurants in the same building and surrounding area. It was super-convenient to everything that you need and want to do. The facility is modern and new - super clean!

大満足な滞在
Pros:

ロケーションがよく下の商業施設になんでもあり食事や買い物に困らなかった
ホテルも雰囲気もよくフロントのフロアはエレベーターをおりたとたんいい香りがしていて高級感がありました。屋上のテラスも気持ちよくすすきのを一望でき素敵でした
今回とてもお得な価格で宿泊できたので本当に充実した滞在ができました。

Exceptional location
Pros:

This is a fairly new hotel and is very well appointed. The staff are friendly and the beds are very comfortable and even have soft pillows instead of the Japanese buckwheat ones. The amenities are high quality especially the shampoo that got my hair the best it’s been in years! The hotel has parking facilities within the building.
However the best thing about this hotel is the location. Right in the heart of Susukino on the upper floors of Cocono building which has shopping and the most amazing eateries, bars and bakeries.

Cons:

Our room was compact. If I was travelling with large suitcases I would consider upgrading to a larger room.

Good central location and on the bus route to/ from airport
Pros:

It was clean and tidy. Bed was okay. That’s always a relief.

Cons:

Washing machines didn’t work well and we needed to repeatedly feed the machines to get our clothes dry.

Nichts verpaßt wenn man den Godzilla nicht benötigt

Gute Lage, mitten drin

Cons:

Der Godzilla Kopf auf der oberen Etage war aus nicht genannten Gründen nicht betretbar….es ist aber einer der Hauptgründe dort ein Zimmer zu nehmen. Es wird sogar das Zimmer explizit mit einem Zugang verbunden wenn man dieses bezahlt wie bei mir.
