Pros:

The lounge was excellent. The onsen was clean and well appointed. I appreciated the Pocari Sweat as well as cold water. Breakfast was excellent selection and quality. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I would have liked to have an outdoor onsen area. One morning the Pocari Sweat was not restocked in the onsen.
