Clean room, very friendly staff, within walking distance of the train station, restaurants and things to do.

Cons:

Breakfast foods...hard to eat coleslaw, salads, rice, and pickled veggies for breakfast. Pillows were not the best.

おもてなし満載
Pros:

部屋が清潔でスッキリしていて今まで泊まった1人用ホテルの中で一番快適な宿泊施設。
ベットもやわらかすぎずに固さがあり腰にも負担かからないもので、シーツも清潔感あって気持ちよく眠れた。お風呂場の鏡から蛇口から全てピカピカで、部屋の机の上も(埃があるホテルとかありますが東横インはそんなことなく)本当にキレイで驚いた。

朝食は洋食(パン)和食(おにぎり味噌汁)もどちらも食べられる朝食で選びながらいろいろ食べられてよかった。おにぎりが小さく握ってあって食べやすかった。通常ホテルででる焼きそばはパサつきガチですがこちらもそんなことなくおいしい。こんなに美味しい朝食ビュッフェが無料なのもうれしい。軽く食べるつもりがしっかり食べてしまうほど。

朝食の終わる少し前にスタッフ皆さん揃って挨拶したり、日本語がわからなさそうな海外の方のところにスタッフが近づいて朝食は9時で終わるからそれまでに料理をとっておくように個別に声をかけにいっていたのも素敵な配慮だなと思った。こんなに
ホスピタリティーの高いホテルは久しぶりで宿泊を豊かにした。

コーヒーもいつでも飲めて、しかも熱すぎず飲みやすい温度なのも素晴らしい！

ホテル備え付けのタオルも水分しっかり吸収できる系の清潔なタオルだった◎。

チェックイン/アウトも素早くできるシステムがよかった。

東横インは初めて利用したが、今後もどの地域でも利用したいと思えるホテルだった。素晴らしいにつきる！
