It does have everything you need in the room. Beds were comfy.
We booked two rooms - One room had two singles and the lounge for our child and my poor parents had a bed on the floor, we did not book that room style and we couldnt change it. We got the tiniest pillow on each bed and when asked to get more it was an effort due to the english barrier which is stupid as you have someone standing right in front of you that can help but yet you have to speak to a computer. The location for us wasn't the best. Not many food options around, there is a 7/11 downstairs but it was never stocked.

- suite propre et spacieuse pour 4 personnes
- super quartier à 10 minutes à pieds pour sortir, manger, faire du shopping et jouer aux jeux d'arcade.
- problème de climatisation dans le salon ( elle fuyait), nous n'avons donc pas pu l'allumer.
- diversité de vaisselles très restreinte
- lits des enfants pas fait à notre arrivée
The room was spacious and clean. There were plenty of pillows and blankets. Right above the train station so it was convenient for getting to other areas of Tokyo.
Check-in was very hands off. There were no staff on site. There were incomplete instructions for things like trash (which is often a big deal in Japan). It was more of a vacation-rental than a hotel.

The room was big in Tokyo standards and matched the value. The room had all the equipment and furniture needed. It was a quiet but central neighborhood, close to metro and train lines. Check-in was easy. Having a laundry machine in the room was aplus.
Pillows were too small. The room was cleaned only once during our stay.
L’emplacement très pratique, à coté du Ueno parc, des rues animées, a 20min a pied de Akihabara et Asakusa.
Les lits étaient confortables.
Pas de lieu ou stocker les valises en attendant ( X luggage storage), prix plutôt élevés quant a l’espace disponible dans les chambres pour stocker des bagages…
Il n’y a pas tout le temps quelqu’un a l’accueil comme dans les hôtels (vous devez leur écrire via le tchat booking)
De plus, il était spécifié que nous étions 3 personnes (nous avons payé pour 3 personnes) mais c’était a nous de faire le 3 eme lit d’appoint (nous ne restions qu’une nuit). J’ai pourtant demandé a ce que cela soit fait, ils m’ont répondu que « c’était pas difficile a faire soi meme »
