Pros:

Bel endroit historique et emplacement de premier choix pour visiter les sites importants de Nara

Cons:

Un manque évident de compétences du personnel : chek in trop long, souriant mais non prévenant, anglais hésitant, rien de fluide.
Gestion du parking catastrophique.
Électricité de la chambre non fonctionnel.
Ne mérite absolument pas ses étoiles.

Pros:

Tout était parfait dans cet hôtel : le personnel très serviable, la chambre spacieuse,confortable et bien équipée.
La vue sur le jardin était très agréable.
Le Onsen parfait.
Enfin, nous avons beaucoup aimé le dîner de l'hôtel et aussi la dégustation de Champagne proposée par l'hôtel avant le dîner.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Personale : ottimo.
Posizione : ottima
Hotel molto tranquillo e ben frequentato.
Aperitivo alle ore 17 è gratuito.

Cons:

Sicuramente la colazione è da migliorare, quella continentale non è all'altezza della reputazione dell'hotel.
Quella Japan style non l'ho provata.
La palestra è poco attrezzata. Non è presente una piscina tradizionale. la vasca termale è a pagamento ! !

Pros:

Perfecte ligging, vlak naast de Todai-ji en het nationaal museum. Het hotel bestaat uit de oude gouverneurswoning waar de receptie en het restaurant zitten, en een nieuw gedeelte waar de gastenverblijven in zitten. De kamers zijn ruim en mooi ingericht.

Cons:

Geen echte bar in het hotel, dus iets drinken buiten de openingsuren van het restaurant is wat moeilijk.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in will be returning and recommending to everyone!
Pros:

Amazing modern and clean facilities with friendly staff. Fantastic location to deer park at end of driveway made it very easy to go in and out throughout the day. Will definitely be coming back.

Cons:

Loved everything about this property. Could not fault anything

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in Japan.
Pros:

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Impressive attention to detail. Very large and comfortable rooms on gorgeous grounds. Enjoyed the evening drinks/snacks in the dining area overlooking the garden. Very nice Japanese breakfast. Great location (right beside Nara Park).

Excellent stay at beautiful hotel in historical part of Nara.
Pros:

The very convenient location, historical buildings, quiet and serene surrounding; wonderful layout of the room with beautiful view of garden (corner room was specially nice). Bathroom, onsen, beddings, air conditioning, and lighting all perfectly designed. Spacious room with plenty of closet space for 2. Complimentary cocktails during "happy hour" in a separate building was most enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious. Special mention : concierge service was excellent from the start, response was prompt with excellent recommendations. Concierge also managed to get a booking at a restaurant which I failed to book online myself. Really appreciate that - thank you concierge team Hiromi san & Naoyuki san.
