Praktisch!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr entgegenkommend und man hatte die Auswahl zwischen zwei unterschiedlichen Kissen.
Das Bad war auch ganz toll ausgestattet, quasi win privates Onsen. Bei der Rezeption gab es alles an Hygieneartikel, die man braucht, darunter auch ein Badesalz mit Menthol

Cons:

Die Unterkunft wirkt etwas trostlos, die Lage war ganz ok, relativ zentral, aber nachts nicht so angenehm für eine alleinreisende Frau.

Pros:

利用者が気持ちよく使える設備、施設でした！
アメニティにしても自動的に閉まる蓋のトイレや
音の漏れの無さ、お風呂も完全に個室で快適！
その他ベッド周りやタオル室内着、スリッパなども
ビジネスとは全く違う心地よさでした！
スタッフの方々も皆様とても思いやりを持って接してくださり、足の悪い母を連れての旅の大変さも吹き飛びました！
近所のおススメのお店もきちんと把握されていて、
美味しい夕食をいただくことができ、
ビュッフェでの朝食は手を抜いた感が無く、
このお値段でこのサービスには
本当に頭が下がる思いでした！

Cons:

心斎橋という立地ゆえ仕方がないことですが、
やはり窓からの景色はとなりのビルの壁しか見えず残念でした。

Gran estadía
Pros:

Es un hotel con un ambiente muy tranquilo y familiar, cero ruidos y logre descansar. El personal de la recepción es muy amable y me ayudaron en todo lo que les consulte. El check in y check out fue super facil. Las amenidades son excelentes.

A good hotel in a good location.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. The closest train station was Hommachi, it was about a 5 minute walk which was convenient. Breakfast had a variety of food, both western and Japanese traditional which was nice. It was a 10-15 minute walk from Doronbori and other popular shopping areas. There were lots of food places and stores on the street as well.
