Staff were always nice and helpful.
Location is close to Nagahoriboshi Station which makes it easy enough to get around. It is a bit of a business district so slightly less commercial options, but there are so many close enough, that it didn't really matter.
Room is small, which isn't terrible. The toilet was so small that my 'manhood' was pressed against the inside when I sat down.
Noise travelled through the walls and floor very easily. I could hear people struggling to plug their plugs into the walls, and people talking in their rooms. Luckily most people were quiet at night, but that easily could have ruined my sleep.
