Good breakfast however home madz youghutt created a gastric discomfort

AC was not working properly - so room
Remained warm
No running water - despite claim - water did not come back
Receptionist did not even apologize for the above 2

Great hotel with great facilities near to the airport and the places we were visiting.
Pros:

The rooftop pool was lovely with excellent views, the indoor pool and gym were great.
Our room was clean and comfortable.
All the staff were really helpful. Especially Albert in the downstairs bar. My nephew was feeling unwell and Albert made him a herbal tea with mint to help him feel better. Much appreciated
We were visiting the Barcelona stadium and the Magic Fountain so this hotel was ideally situated to easily get to both.

Pros:

Great facilities. Really enjoyed the outdoor pool.

Cons:

No fully functioning air conditioning which made sleeping very uncomfortable. Heard another client complaining about it to reception team but staff dismissed their concerns. Nothing was done.

Pros:

Location. Design. Terrace on the top floor. Rooms cleaned daily. Food was great. Staff pleasent and be able to speak english too was great. Knowledge of the area.

Cons:

Pools wernt open long enough. Better sign showing the restaurant.
