Cons:

1部屋２人利用でセミダブル部屋を予約したのですが部屋のアメニティーは全て１人分だけの用意でチェックイン時に案内はなくその都度自分でフロントに電話で聞いて取りに行った。チェックイン時に無いものを言ってくれるか、１人分しかない事を伝えてくれるとその場で必要なものがもらえたのに。

いつもながらの東横INNでした。部屋も比較的広くて良かった。

Cons:

仕組みの問題。
連泊のうちの1泊の延泊分をこちらのサイトで取りましたが、直接取った前段の3連泊時でも、予約してくれた人が単日で3日分を予約したため、毎日精算、毎日10:00にはチェックアウトをしてくださいと言われ面倒くさかった。
フロントで状況を話しているのだから連泊扱いでもよかったと思う。
及び、エコ清掃と言ったでしょうか？3日に一度は清掃が入りますという仕組みのはずなのに、単日泊まりの扱いにされていたせいか、4泊したが一度も入らなかった。3泊目が終わったチェックアウトのときフロントから、今日は清掃に入りますと言われたが、結局来ず。まあ、最初の説明では清掃はチェックアウトまで入らないと言う説明を受けていたし、綺麗に使っていたので良いですが、不規則な状況下だとこんなものかな？
でも、スタッフ間のコミュニケーションが良くないのかなとは
思いました。
