Pros:

El tamaño de la habitación mucho mayor a lo habitual el Japón. Las camas increíblemente cómodas y la ducha amplia con mampara se agradecía en comparación con los baños típicos de hoteles en Japón que tienen una pequeña bañera. El personal muy amable. Limpian cada 4 dias la habitación pero te recogen la basura poniendo el cartel en la puerta y hay posibilidad de cambiar las toallas en el mismo pasillo sin necesidad de pedirlas en recepción, también hay lavadora y secadora que va con monedas en cada planta. Hay una máquina que cambia de billetes por monedas en la entrada. Una estancia muy cómoda.

Cons:

Los cajones de la habitación estaban un poco rotos.

Pros:

Heel "zen" plekje in Kyoto. Fijne kamers, fantastische douche en lekkerer bedden. De kussens waren bijzonder. Voor mij bijzonder prettig, voor mijn dochter bijzonder hard, maar er waren ook zachte kussens beschikbaar. Vriendelijk ontvangst, rustige atmosfeer. Algeheel prima verblijf! Gym in de andere Kabin was ook top!

Extremely welcoming comfortable hotel.
Pros:

We stayed one week three people in one room and it was very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and responsive. I mentioned the beds were hard and the pillows were lumpy and they set up mattress toppers and new pillows for the rest of our stay.

We used the gym in their sister hotel a 2 min walk away every day. They really have thought of everything.

They alerted us that We had left some things behind in our room and shipped it out to our next hotel in Tokyo.

Such a friendly and welcoming communal space. A welcomed treat upon arriving in such a foreign country. I’ve rarely felt so well accommodated.

Cons:

Nothing. Any complaints were remedied quickly.
