Pros:

Great location, big rooms and amazing value. I really enjoyed the stroll through the quieter streets to get to the busier areas. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful. The room itself was bright spacious with a very good shower. The amenity station is a great touch

Great stay, staff, and location.
Pros:

Very hard to fault KABIN Kyoto! We just stayed in two very small hotels in other cities, so coming to KABIN felt like we were living like kings. Large rooms for your luggage to sit, good toilet, great location are some of the things we loved about staying here. The hotel itself feels modern and well thought out, with a bar downstairs and access to umbrellas as you leave, we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Cons:

Maybe a sauna or a spa would have elevated this experience. Washing machine and dryer seem to be a little outdated and small for the load we had, we ended up using the coin laundry down the road!

Pros:

The room was clean and tidy with a big window. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good, within walking distance to Gion area, Kamo river, and the city center area. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The laundry room only had one washing machine and one drying machine. When I brought my clothes to the laundry room, there were still other guest's clothes in the machine and no laundry basket or anything there to remove the clothes from the machine. But it was no big deal, there was a coin laundry spot near the hotel and it was cheap to wash and dry at those coin laundry machines.

Pros:

Molto accogliente e pulita. A 10 minuti a piedi dai mezzi e dalle attrazioni e attività vicine.
Lo staff è eccezionale e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problematica.

Cons:

Alcune stanze, quelle dei fronti laterali, hanno le finestre non apribili (addirittura quelle su uno dei due fronti sono opache e un po' claustrofobiche).
