Cons:

Roon had a fosted window you could not see out of. Blind did not block out light from window in the morning and room was too light from 5am. Wash basin was not in the bathroom. TV was very basic.

I’ll be back. Great brand with many locations.
Pros:

Staff, location and design was great. Unpretentious and casual. Loved the onsite laundry machines. The mattress was too hard for my bad back (it’s a challenge at many hotels in Asia). I asked the front desk if they might be able to provide a mat to soften the top. They delivered it to my room and installed it on the bed I was sleeping it. It made a HUGE difference and I am incredibly grateful for that.

Cons:

Wish the cafe had a few more light breakfast choices like maybe some pastries.
