Buona la posizione in una via tranquilla. Lo staff del bar cordiale e premuroso.

Cons:

La finestra della stanza non si poteva aprire, inoltre, il vetro opaco non permetteva di vedere l'esterno rendendo il tutto un pò claustrofobico.

Struttura molto moderna e camere veramente belle. Personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Le camere, molto moderne, sono anche spaziose con bagni dotati di una doccia molto comoda.

Cons:

Unica pecca la posizione. Un pò distante da stazioni metro che da fermate autobus (circa 15/20 minuti a piedi per trovarne una) e anche dai principali ristoranti di Kyoto (per raggiungere Pontocho ci vogliono circa 20 minuti a piedi)

Amazing hotel and location
Pros:

the room is big enough and very new, bed very comfortable and big. The hotel lobby is also very nice for coffee or resting, with an internal beautiful Japanese garden. they provide umbrellas for free when needed, much appreciated! Location is fantastic, close to the main shopping streets, metro, Gion area, etc while the hotel area itself is so nice and quiet (wooden houses "machiyas", local traditional shops, safe and perfect for dinner (local very good restaurants, supermarkets and shops). Clean towels, amenities, tea bags etc are always available at each floor. Do not forget to reserve your restaurants for dinner.

Cons:

The windows cannot be opened for ventilation, so you need to put the airco all the time. For me it is important to have the chance to open the window for fresh air, but for some days it was OK.

Decepcionante. Pessimo serviço. Não limpam o quarto

Quarto grande, bonito, cama gostosa. Chuveiro maravilhoso

Cons:

Eles não limpam os quartos todos os dias, o que foi uma surpresa pra mim. Hotel cobra o suficiente para oferecer limpeza. Vc tem que buscar suas toalhas e papel higiênico num armário no corredor
Tem apenas UMA máquina lava e seca por andar, não suficiente para o número de quartos.
Eles cobram um preço abusivo para enviar malas para outra cidade, quase o dobro do praticado pelos outros hotéis e combinis.
Fica num bairro cool mas a 10 min do metrô. Cansativo
Pessoal da recepção pouco solicito para ajudar com malas e reservas de restaurantes. Deram informação errada sobre como ir a determinada atração turística.
Enfim, o quarto é bom. Todo o resto deixa a desejar

Pros:

The location is excellent, the staff are welcoming, the room is generously sized and gets lovely evening light, and the coffee area on the ground floor is a nice touch.

Cons:

The main drawback is the bathroom, which feels disproportionately small compared to the generous bedroom. There isn’t quite enough space to dry off comfortably after a shower, so you inevitably end up on the bedroom carpet. A little more square footage here would go a long way.
Sound insulation is another weak point — noise from other rooms carried through at night, and I ended up sleeping with earplugs. That said, I’m quite sensitive to noise, so your mileage may vary.

Good location, for city touring. It was nice to have a washing machine on every floor.
