Très bon séjour !
Pros:

Personnel à l'écoute, propreté et qualité de la chambre impeccable, très bons équipements. Emplacement idéal et calme. Beaucoup d'espace sous le lit pour les valises c'est particulièrement appréciable à Tokyo, belle surprise de la superficie de la chambre.

Cons:

La salle de bain est très petite.
Le petit déjeuner proposé est quasi exclusivement japonais, peu de choix continental, il est en revanche de bonne qualité pour son faible prix.
Un seul ascenseur (et au Japon il est impossible d'utiliser les escaliers), ça cause des embouteillages à certaines heures, c'est à prévoir.

Pros:

僅指apa376的體驗：房間很乾淨，房務整理也很棒，櫃檯人員很親切耐心，有相當不錯的入住體驗，如果未來要再一次住該地點的飯店，這間我會優先考慮。另外房務人員很棒，不僅不會亂動東西，甚至把我放在床上的玩偶擺的很可愛（因為要整理床鋪）。

Cons:

浴室沒有獨立淋浴間，所以要在浴缸內洗，這個部分其實沒問題。但因為是這樣的洗澡方式，，比較容易弄溼地板導致濕滑，鋪在地上的墊子也容易跟著濕掉，會沒辦法直接踩一次性拖鞋進去。

利便性がよかった。
Pros:

駅近で出張時の移動が快適でした。

Quarto surpreendeu pelos detalhes. Pouca estrutura no hotel.
Pros:

Reservamos neste hotel porque quis ficar perto da estação JR Keiyo Line - com o objetivo de ir para a disney. Foi nossa primeira hospedagem num hotel APA e nos surpreendemos porque o hotel é preparado e pensa nos detalhes. Tem tomada universal para carregar o celular, espaço em baixo da cama para colocar a mala, na cabeceira da cama havia um espaço para apoiar objetos ... enfim, nos surpreendemos.

Cons:

Há apenas 1 elevador e apenas 2 máquinas lava/seca. A estação de trem mais próxima do hotel ( que fica realmente a poucos passos) Hibia Line - A4 não tem elevador e como tínhamos malas foi bem complicado. Na saída do hotel, acabamos utilizando o uber - foi bem rápido chegar na tokyo station - cerca de 85 reais. Sobre o café da manhã do hotel, é exatamente sempre o mesmo e mais voltado para o café japonês - com arroz, peixes, misô.

ホテル内も清潔感が半端なくヤニカス古着好きの自分は申し訳ない気持ちになりました。

清潔感があり大変満足です

Cons:

喫煙所がなかった。
ヤニカスには厳しい宿です。
