Boa estadia em Tóquio, com fácil acesso às principais zonas de interesse por metro

Ótima localização, numa zona calma, próxima da Tokyo Station, e também com bons acessos a metro. Loja de conveniência próxima, disponibilização de pequeno-almoço e café até às 24h. Funcionários simpáticos, apesar de a comunicação não ter sido a mais eficiente por terem de recorrer ao tradutor para falar em inglês. Hotel limpo e com disponibilização de diversas amenites.

Cons:

Por erro, agendei um quarto de fumadores, apesar de não o sermos. Não estava à espera que o cheiro a tabaco estivesse tão entranhado no quarto, o que o tornou um pouco desagradável. Assumo que o erro possa ter sido da minha parte. O facto de a torneira ser partilhada entre banheira e lavatório dificulta a utilização do WC por duas pessoas. O pequeno-almoço era pouco diversificado, o que fez que nem o usufruissemos na última noite.

バス・トイレの入り口に段差がなく脚が悪い母に最適でした
本来駐車場は予約不可のところ身障者ということで予約させてくださり大変助かりました
食堂スタッフはじめスタッフの方がとても親切でした

朝食がほかの東横インに比べ少し残念でした

Pros:

The breakfast selection is small but tasty - a few types of onigiri, small pastries and soup. The complimentary coffee machine in the breakfast area that is available until midnight is also great + you can pick up whatever room amenities you need like toothbrushes and face wash in the lobby. Staff are very friendly and it is conveniently located around 25 minutes walk from Tokyo Station.

Cons:

There was a hair in the bath tub. The bed is a bit hard.

Correct stay in Tokyo in a very good location
Pros:

The location is great, next to an underground station. The hotel is basic but very good, amenities are correct.
