部屋がリノベされており
広くて綺麗でした^_^

Cons:

良くなかった点は
病院が近いので夜中に何回も救急車のサイレンがうるさいくらい

部屋に緑茶1パックしかないのでコーヒーとかも置いてほしい

朝食に無料でクロワッサン、シリアルはあったができるならサラダをプラスしてほしい

Pulita e in un quartiere silenzioso. Relativamente vicino alla metro (600-700 metri)

Pros:

Les équipements sont très bien et la gare d’obuko est proche (7 min). Le Lawson se trouve juste en face.

Cons:

Le vitrage est simple, on entend très fort les bruits extérieurs, notamment l’eau de la fontaine côté rue.

立地もコスパも最高です！
Pros:

今回2度目の利用です！
車での移動が多いので駐車場があるのが本当に助かります。高田馬場付近で無料で車を置かせて頂けるホテルはなかなか見つからないです。部屋も綺麗です。
また次回も是非利用したいです。

Peace and comfort at a price. Although one of the less expensive hotels in area.
Pros:

Peaceful clean and comfortable rooms. Nice washing machine and dryer set up. Close proximity to Lawson convenience store and subway line to other attractions. More importantly the staff was excellent with guidance and information answering all questions.

Cons:

Bathrooms were a bit small for me but manageable.

最寄り駅注意
Pros:

部屋は清潔感がありリニューアルしているのかとても快適でした。

Cons:

新宿駅からの案内があったので歩いていくと迷ってしまい、到着までかなりの時間がかかり泣きそうでした。
新大久保からは解りやすく近く宿泊客のための表示をして欲しいです。
