best location in shibuya, great beautiful room ,very comfortable to stay in ,the view were great ,the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned perfectly each time ,the staff was always ready to help us in any problem we had ,the pool was very comfortable to use ,we had a great evening meal in the restaurant ,the view from the room was great.

location and cleanliness
The aircondition system was keeping the room cold, BUT it did not keep it dry. Everything, our clothes, bed sheet etc felt a little bitfelt damp rather than dry and comfortable. It was impossible to dry clothes (even as they came out dry from the washing machine, they became damp again). Would definitely not recommend this hotel to others due to this. I would really expect the room and out stuff to feel dry!

Great location! Little confusing to get to from the train station but that’s just Tokyo! Very comfortable stay and lovely staff.
Superb spacious rooms with all you need for a practical and comfortable stay. Excellent staff, great pool, fantastic location about 7 minute walk to the crossing. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed and comfortable.

The format of this hotel is great - it offers apartments - the rooms are equipped with a kitchen nd washing machine - it was a blast! The rooms service however was as in a normal hotel - at the high level. The water , coffee and tea were provided. We did not have breakfast so I can't comment on this. The location is really great - in a city center - just 10 min to Shibuya crossing but it was very quite. There is a direct connection with a Shibuya station subway. very convenient. The reception was profesional and always very helpful. I used the service of sending the suitcases to another hotel - it worked great.
