Convenient hotel for Aso sightseeing
Pros:

Extremely convenient and clean. Right next to Aso station and Toyota rent a car. There’s an onsen nearby. You can get food and gifts from the roadside station nearby. Great for the night.

Terrific stay highly recommended
Pros:

The service was great and the morning Bento 🍱 was very nice. The onsen next door is also very accessible and old school worth having a look. The free footbath is also really nice in the morning to get the day started. The beds are very comfy and the whole stay was very welcoming from start to finish.

Pros:

1）地理位置优越；2）客房景观好；3）大堂公共厨房设有烤箱，微波炉和咖啡机，提供免费的咖啡，味增汤料，餐具。在前台或前台对面的自助机购买面包及其他餐食，如牛奶，方便面等等，利用公共厨房的设备就可以吃到丰盛的早饭。也可以在酒店外的商店买了食物在厨房里简易加热烤制。

Perfect.
Pros:

Very well run hotel, the location was perfect. The main train station and my car rental place were literally just outside the hotel. And the coffee machine was great free multiple coffees everyday.

Could have been better
Pros:

The property is nice overall. The location is quiet with a great view to Aso area.
The rooms are quite big and comfortable.

Cons:

Quite disappointing for a Marriott, the cleaning staff each day left dirty towels, pajamas, used cups and even trash in our room. Even though we placed them on the floor and asked the staff that we need new cups for drinking our daily coffee/tea.
The laundry machine (washer) was easy to use, but the dryer didn't dry well our clothes (even after 1 hour and 40 minutes of using.

When we arrived our room had a view of a garden and carpark. They upgraded us to a room with a view of Mt ASO the next night.
