A bright and light hotel in a great location. Staff jumped into action and found us another room to move to when we experienced a plumbing issue on our second night. They acknowledged the inconvenience by apologising when we checked out.
Although the interiors were beautiful, after only two years they had become quite stained (carpets, soft furnishings) and were probably an impractical choice of colour. This was the only 4* hotel we stayed at in Japan that did not provide facial amenities (cleanser, moisturiser etc).

Bad staff attitude and ridiculous hotel policy! Bad hospitality I have ever experienced! I will never ever return to this hotel. It ruined my Tokyo trip from the very day 1.
We booked a 5 nights stay at this hotel, when we arrived early morning we were told that our room was available and ready however the staffs refused our check in until 3pm, they asked us for 1 night payment for an early check in at 8am or a half day stay rate for check in at 12pm. During our stay for 2 persons in a double bed room, it comes with 2 hard and 2 soft pillows, I requested to exchange one hard pillow to a softer ones but I was told there are no soft pillow available for my exchange, that’s ridiculous! Most annoying to me, we were not allowed to eat outside snacks or drink in the lobby area!

Great location for exploring Ginza and surrounding areas. Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful facilities including amazing bathroom, spacious room, and comfy bed. Cool vibe and artworks.

וגם שומעים את הרכבת שחולפת
לא משהו שייחסנו לא יותר מידי חשיבות בשהיה במלון אבל מי שרוצה שקט לגמרי יכול להיות שיפריע לו

Great location. Airport limousine bus stops right across the road. Short walk to all things Ginza and train stations. Exceptionally clean including the awesome public baths in the basement :)

Posizione fantastica per girare Tokyo, rispetto ad altri hotel della zona, le stanze sono più spaziose e ben arredate. Bagno pubblico molto carino e piacevole a fine giornata.
Unica nota, il ragazzo che ci ha accolto al check-in un po rude e sbrigativo, ha la lasciato la povera collega portare nella nostra camera 2 valigie da 23kg senza darle una mano.
