I booked a large group to stay there and one room had some type of bug(s) that bit someone on my team and made their experience unpleasant

Perfect.
Pros:

The accommodations met all my expectations. The staff was helpful and polite. The room was a little small, but it was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was adequate. I arrived a little early, and even though the room wasn’t ready yet, they let me check in about half an hour early. For an extra fee, I was able to stay past the usual check-out time.

Cons:

For Western tourists, the breakfast selection is somewhat limited.

Pros:

Struttura moderna, molto ben tenuta e pulitissima, situata nel cuore di Ginza, quartiere di alto livello. Posizione perfetta per visitare Tokyo. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, in perfetto stile giapponese. Colazione buona e con ampia scelta.

Cons:

Sarebbe bello se l'hotel avesse anche una palestra.

Buena ubicación y una habitación muy cómoda
Pros:

La ubicación está muy bien, en el barrio de Ginza bien conectado pero lo suficientemente alejado para estar tranquilos durante la estancia. El baño de la habitación es muy grande y nuevo, el tamaño no está mal para lo habitual y el precio.

Cons:

Tienen menos productos de cortesía que otros hoteles en Japón, lo cual no pasaría nada si fuese una cadena normal, pero hablamos ya de un precio elevado por noche, por lo que podrían cuidar ese detalle. En definitiva, algo menor porque todo lo demás está muy bien.

L emplacement et la propreté.

Cons:

Le personnel vraiment aucune interaction. Nous avons eu un tremblement de terre; personne nous a rien demandé et check in et check out sans un mot

Sehr gute Lage zum Flughafen und in Ginza.
Pros:

Wir haben das Hotel wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen Haneda für den Rückflug gewählt. Lage sehr gut, gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Trotz voll besetzter Rezeption musste man beim Automaten einen Selfcheckin machen?

Cons:

Didnt like the washbasin in the room so had to downgrade ourselves to a lower category room for the same price.
