This place is a major disappointment that fooled Conde Nast and we paid for it.
Pros:

Breakfast was a substandard offering. Coffee was undrinkable and offered in tiny toy cups. And the 10 am close was executed with stopwatch precision. At 9:59 am they had their hands on the urn. Really run like a youth hostel. Is it too much to offer coffee (free) and allow customers to take away a cup? Signs all over the place enforcing rules that people cannot take advantage of the food by taking it away – even applied to hot water!

Cons:

The staff. Unbelievably unwelcoming. Admonished us for using the microwave. The worst part of the stay (four nights) was the lounge area at reception. As the hotel rooms are so small, we intended to use this space to hang out and relax. It was a chaotic place taken over by some corporate event with meetings, laptops, people coming and going and they were NOT GUESTS. At one visit, there was no seating left. We complained to a manager (male, unknown name) who was ineffectual and did zero. Considering the room price, this hotel gave the least value for money in our entire month long trip. When we checked out there were four staffers at the front desk and not one said a perfunctory thank you.

Excellent
Pros:

The hotel was excellent. The cleanliness, location, room size, breakfast, and staff were all outstanding. I would definitely recommend it!

Cons:

Perhaps the window could have been opened, but this was just a minor detail.

A good hotel in a central location in Ginza.
Pros:

The hotel has very good location.The room was good with the 2 full beds. The bathroom was very big. It has actual space to put our belongings in the bathroom.Laundry in all floors.Very clean and quiet room. We got two mineral bottle water every day.

Cons:

The room was tight with 2 suitcases. There was no wardrobe or drawers for clothes, only hangers. The breakfast options is not sufficient . There were no fresh breads, fruits or yogurts.

Pros:

Very nice room, tight with 3 suitcases but manageable. The bed was comfortable. Laundry on every floor was convenient. We didn't get to try the onsen sadly.
