立地は良かった
夜にバルの食事は美味しかった
初日に受付対応してくれた女性のスタッフさんがとても感じよく食事の提供もしてくれてる人だった。その日しか会えなくて残念。
洗面台の不具合を翌日に廊下にいたクリーンスタッフさんに声かけて話すと直ぐに対応して直してくれた。その女性スタッフ（外国の方？）もとても感じの良い会うとにこやかに挨拶してくれて1番、感じが良かった。
階段で2階に行く為、足を痛めていたので不便。
客室のドアの出入りがしずらい。狭くて。
バスルームがなぜか普通に見えるガラス張りだったのはちょっと驚いた。他の人が風呂中にトイレなどに行きずらいと思う
実際私達がそうだった。
洗面台が詰まり気味で水がなかなか流れなかった。気持ち悪かった。
チェックアウトの時のフロントの方達の対応があっさり。マニュアル通りの挨拶はあったけどそれだけで、なんとなく到着した日の方との差がありすぎてびっくり。
事務作業の途中だったからかな。
何しろ帰りの時は笑顔が少なかった。

Beautiful boutique hotel. Delicious food, lovely wooded area of town, and only a couple of blocks from the main street. Very comfortable, and my room looked out at the shrine.
Close to tourist area but secluded. Nice staff, good food. Lockers to check luggage.

Location
Total lack of service. They advertise a restaurant, but there was never anyone in the lobby or the restaurant during my four nights day.

The location was great, located in a peaceful area but walkable to the main shopping street and restaurants. The hotel provide free shuttle bus service to/fro the train station at scheduled time. The room was very spacious, it's an apartment hotel with living/dining area, kitchen facilities and separate bedroom. They also provide air filter and air-conditioner (heater).
Nothing bother us. Perhaps some instructions on how to get very hot water into the bath-tub.
Wow what a beautiful place in a gorgeous location. All the little touches made it feel like 5 star! The interiors and rooms are gorgeous, spacious and cosy. Staff were amazing. Had a beautiful dinner in the bar. Nice walk to old Ginza and other shops.
It was just okay. The front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful. Good value for price, but don’t expect much.
