Great stay. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Everything was great only thing I didn’t love was the pillow, but everything else was amazing. Large room for Japan and price. Great location. Shower was wonderful. Best hotel of our whole trip.

Cons:

Pillow was really hard and second pillow was a bit small. I slept on them together and they were fine. Husband slept on only the little one and said he was kind of uncomfortable.

Personal muy amable, nos ayudaron a reservar en un restaurante, habitaciones amplias, cómodas y súper buena ubicación

Las almohadas y el hecho de que no haya horario en la lavandería, porque eso hacen que algunas habitaciones como la mía hoy van el ruido de las lavadoras por la noche y es muy molesto

Pros:

We were very satisfied with this accommodation. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the room was unlocked with a code, which was a big advantage for us. The room is not cleaned daily, but there is an option to have the trash taken out upon request, which is definitely useful.
The staff were very kind, always willing to help, and spoke very good English.

Cons:

What disappointed us a little was that there is a bar in the common room, but it is not used at all, even though there is a coffee machine prepared and covered there. At another branch of this hotel in Kyoto, the bar was open and it was great. We would definitely have used the option to have a good coffee every morning, but unfortunately this service is not available at this hotel.
