23時以降の到着でもスタッフがフロントにいてくれたこと。

Cons:

駅からの地図が割と簡単に書いてあったけれど深夜雨降りだったので思ったより遠くて暗くてわかりずらかった。
ビルの位置はわかるが入り口が反対側だったので地図で入り口の位置がわかるといい。駅からビルの通路で傘をささずに近くまで行けるのが後でわかった。
朝食のサービスがあるのはよいがメニューは少なく限られている感じがした

まあ良かった
Pros:

朝食を部屋に持って行くのも可なのが便利。
混むことをチェックイン時に伝えてくれた。

Cons:

利用者が多く、朝食も無料だったので、混み合っていあてエレベーターに乗るのが大変だった。
