Best Hotel Experience in All My Years of Travel — Edition Ginza Exceeded Every Expectation
Pros:

1- Stayed here with my family over the summer, and this was hands-down the best hotel experience we've had across years of travel.
2- Staff & Service: Every single team member went above and beyond — attentive, warm, and genuinely present rather than just going through the motions (specially Nilar from guest services and Ashley)
3- Cleanliness: Impeccable throughout the stay, from the room to the public spaces — never a detail out of place.
4- Location: Unbeatable base in Ginza, putting us within easy reach of everything we wanted to see and do in Tokyo.
5- Overall: A truly fantastic stay from start to finish — highly recommend for families and anyone looking for a five-star experience in Tokyo

1- the gym could be better done it seems not much thought was put into it but again this is a minor comment

Incredible stay
Pros:

One of the most attentive and welcoming hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. I visited for my birthday, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make it memorable, surprising me with balloons and a beautiful dessert delivered to my room.

The location is great, just a short walk from restaurants, cafés, and shopping. Despite being so central, the room was quiet, with no outside noise, making for a very comfortable stay.

Another highlight was the 24-hour room service, which was especially convenient since many restaurants in Japan close relatively early.

I’m looking forward to visiting back soon !!

Very nice!
Pros:

Very nice hotel!
The rooms are spacious and very well planned - there is enough space for suitcases, for storing clothes, a nice sofa near the window to relax. The staff was also very attentive and helped us with every need. Additional star for the breakfast - it is an exceptionally good western breakfast with a lot of fruits available and a la carte menu with a very good selection of breakfast options.

Cons:

I would say bathroom was a bit small and not as impressive for the hotel scale - and especially for its price! In general there is a strong feeling that it is overpriced, despite al the good staff and very central location.

Konum ön planda ise değer ama pahalı bir ayrıcalık.
Pros:

Konumu ve odaları çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüzlü idi. Oda servisi başarılı idi.

Cons:

Kahvaltı menüsü kısıtlı idi. Sophie restoranda yediğimiz akşam yemeği başarısızdı.
