An unforgettable stay — exceptional service, beautiful design, amazing food, and perfection in every detail!
Pros:

Everything was absolutely perfect! From the exceptional service to the incredible food, every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of.
Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and smelled amazing. The bathroom was stunning, with a large bathtub, a beautiful shower, and a comfortable seating area.
The restaurants were excellent, the bar had a wonderful atmosphere, and the entire hotel exceeded our expectations.
We truly fell in love with this place and will definitely be back! ❤

Amazing!!
Pros:

The staff are great - they couldn’t do more for you. The breakfast was the best we had in Japan. The rooms were great, spacious and really clean and tastefully designed. The spa was also amazing.

Cons:

The property is a 20 min walk into Kyoto, this means you have to get taxis to/from Kyoto. The taxis are cheap so it didn’t bother us too much but something to be mindful of.

Magnifique endroit
Pros:

Magnifique endroit. Il y a une attention au détail dans tout, que ce soit la nourriture, la décoration, la chambre, le service, le parfum d'ambiance. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant. On a particulièrement apprécié le spa et le fait que nous étions quasiment seuls.

Stay at Six Senses has certainly elevated our impression of Kyoto, and we leave with very fond memories.
Pros:

Good breakfast;you can taste the real flavor of food.
All employees are very welling to assist customers.
They can book very nice restaurant for you, you have to do is asking.

Very comfortable. Loved the staff. Beautiful place.

The staff were impeccable. Specially Saki-San, from children facilities.

Cons:

The fact that some facilities were not available for children all the time and that fact was not mentioned in the site. Specially the pool and restaurant. We never dined there. For that important matter I think that they should advertise for not being a family friendly hotel.

Cons:

I basically paid 100$ for someone to wake me up TWICE. I had laundry done and they tried to deliver it to my room while my do not disturb sign was on. they knocked and knocked, two times (i was trying to nap) it was absurd. need to train their staff better.
