Very comfortable. Loved the staff. Beautiful place.
Pros:

The staff were impeccable. Specially Saki-San, from children facilities.

Cons:

The fact that some facilities were not available for children all the time and that fact was not mentioned in the site. Specially the pool and restaurant. We never dined there. For that important matter I think that they should advertise for not being a family friendly hotel.

clean, great facilities. welcoming.

Cons:

I basically paid 100$ for someone to wake me up TWICE. I had laundry done and they tried to deliver it to my room while my do not disturb sign was on. they knocked and knocked, two times (i was trying to nap) it was absurd. need to train their staff better.
