清潔。
Pros:

日本国籍、および外国籍問わずしっかりとしたフロントでの案内でスタッフも非常に感じがよくスタッフも軟派な雰囲気はなくとても素晴らしい。
あくまでも日本であるというスタンスで日本らしい清潔感のあるサービス、そしてルールが設けられていて一緒に相部屋になったヨーロッパからのバックパッカーとホテル外で会った際、ある意味日本らしい清潔さやルールにとても良い体験だと言っていた。

Cons:

特になし。荷物置き場とパックアップするスペースが設けられているとより快適かもしれませんね。
このまま良いところを続けてほしい。
海外からのお客様に合わせるのではなく日本らしい衛生的なところから清潔な施設、ルールで運営していくところに海外からのお客様は体験の価値を感じると思います👍
そして日本人のお客様も自国でのサービスであることにとても満足すると思います。
そしてそれはこのホステルのバリューになると思います。
多くの国でホステルを経験しましたが、日本のホステルはやはりサービス面で素晴らしいと感じます。従業員の方も誇りを持って働いてほしいです👍素晴らしい。

コスパ最高です
Pros:

駅から近くて内装も清潔感あって綺麗でした。
宿泊客も静かで荷物を広げてる人はいなくて安心でした。
洗面台も皆様綺麗に使ってました。
スタッフが受付に常駐してるのも安心で良かったです。
深夜だったのにも関わらず丁寧な対応でした。
ありがとうございました。
また泊まりたいです。

Cons:

鍵付きのクロークが靴入れ程度の小ささなので荷物はベッドに置くか通路に置くかになります。
鍵付きのキャリーならを受付付近に置くしかないようです。
荷物が多い人はその辺注意ですね。

1人でのプチ旅行にはちょうど良かったです。
Pros:

受付の方の対応が優しくて良かったです。

Cons:

ベッドシーツが無いので、マットレスのザラザラ感があったのが少し残念でした。
