Een fantastisch en ontspannen verblijf waar alles perfect geregeld was.
Pros:

Alles was uitstekend. Het hotel was prachtig, schoon en rustig. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook het zwembad, het strand, de kamers en het eten waren heel goed. Ik heb echt genoten van mijn verblijf.

Cons:

Er was eigenlijk niets dat mij niet beviel. Alles voldeed boven mijn verwachtingen en ik heb geen negatieve opmerkingen

This hotel is completely overpriced and does not come close to justifying its rates

The biggest disappointment was the food, it was genuinely terrible. Although you order your main course from a menu, everything else is brought to your table automatically every day. Unfortunately, these “starters” consisted of countless tiny plates with poor-quality food: wilted vegetables, stale ingredients, and tiny portions that looked like they had been thrown together with no care. One plate would literally have two lettuce leaves and two slices of tomato. The main courses were no better - overcooked pasta, dry meat, shrimp pasta with only two shrimp, and similar dishes. Even the bread tasted like cheap industrial cafeteria bread

The staff barely speaks any English, they don’t understand very simple words like “orange juice,” “bread,” “pasta,” or “meat.” My husband is American, and he couldn’t communicate with almost anyone in the hotel. What made it even more frustrating was that instead of asking for clarification, the staff would simply nod, walk away, and either bring the wrong order or not bring anything at all. If you ordered food or drinks on the beach, there was a very good chance they would never arrive. After waiting an hour, you had to go back to the bar yourself to ask where your order was.

The beach was another disappointment. There isn’t really a beach, just a pier with a very small area around it where you can swim. If you’re expecting a proper beach vacation, this is definitely not the place.

Around our room there was cat waste that remained there from the moment we checked in. During the day and a half that we stayed, nobody cleaned it until we specifically asked. It’s hard to understand how something so obvious could be ignored.

In the end, we checked out just one day after arriving because we realized we didn’t want to spend our vacation dealing with all of these issues. This is one of the most disappointing hotels we have ever stayed in.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt - keine Empfehlung! Das Personal war desinteressiert an nicht türkisch sprechenden Gästen, die Schürzen meist fleckig u dreckig, Verständigung wegen fehlender Englischkenntnisse über google Übersetzer, teils junges u ungeschultes Personal im Service, Teller werden mit einem Servierwagen abgeräumt mit die Essensreste am Tisch in den angehängten Mülleimer gekippt, teils obwohl am Tisch noch gegessen wurde, der Hauptgang wurde serviert und einfach auf noch halbvolle Vorspeisenteller gestellt. Im Resto gibt es kein a la Carte Essen sondern ein festes Menü, die Vorspeisen wurden auf den Tisch gestellt, ob man wollte oder nicht, der Hauptgang kann ausgewählt werden, leider war die Qualität der Speisen mangelhaft, so dass wir die letzten Tage auswärts gegessen haben - Essen lauwarm oder kalt, Eierspeisen kalt, Joghurt auch mal sauer, Obst immer eingetrocknet oder mit Stellen, Brot alt oder bereits abgebrochen im Brotkorb, Tische wurden mit Erfrischungstüchern abgewischt, Wein wurde in Wasser oder Martinigläsern serviert, Aperol Spritz in Sektflöten - alles war ganz weit entfernt von den im Netz gezeigten Bildern, Zimmer und Balkone werden nur oberflächlich gereinigt - gebrauchtes Geschirr steht Tage herum. Barpersonal mehr am Handy als Bestellungen entgegen zu nehmen, man wurde auf sein Insta Account angesprochen oder es wurde unangenehm geflirtet, Poolliegen mit Schimmelflecken u teils mit Rissen, Rezi sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit u professionell.

Es war ok, aber ich denke nicht, dass wir wieder kommen.
Pros:

Die Empfangsdame war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Zudem wurde das Zimmer regelmässig gereinigt.

Cons:

Das Personal konnte fast gar kein Englisch, was die Kommunikation erschwerte. Nicht alles waren zuvorkommend, manchmal sogar ein wenig unhöflich. Zudem waren die Drinks alles andere als gut.

Wir sind am 07.09. abends im Hotel angekommen. Leider mussten wir schon am nächsten Morgen feststellen, dass dieses Haus absolut kein 5-Sterne-Standard ist.
• Zimmer & Bad: Dusche stark verschmutzt, Armaturen verrostet, Möbel abgenutzt, Mülleimer und WC-Bürste dreckig (siehe Fotos). Das Bett war nicht frisch bezogen – unter dem Laken befanden sich Haare und Flecken. Im gesamten Zimmer lagen Staub und Schmutz in den Ecken.
• Frühstück: Tomaten, Gurken und Brot waren trocken und nicht frisch. Zudem haben wir Insekten im Essen gesehen.
• Anlage & Strand: Überall liegen Katzen- oder Hundekot. Die Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind alt und teils kaputt.
• Obwohl das Hotel als renoviert beworben wird, ist vieles nur oberflächlich gemacht – die Substanz bleibt alt und ungepflegt.

Service & Personal: Die Kellner sind sehr nett und höflich und bemühen sich wirklich, den Service am Laufen zu halten. Allerdings wirkt vieles unkoordiniert – es ist oft nicht klar, welches Essen wohin gehört, und der Ablauf ist chaotisch. Trotzdem merkt man, dass sie sich Mühe geben, obwohl offensichtlich viel Stress herrscht.

Wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich, entspricht dieses Hotel in keiner Weise den Angaben bei der Buchung. Besonders irritierend: Auf Expedia wird es mit 9,6 „Exceptional“ bewertet – für uns völlig unverständlich.

Fazit: Wir geben maximal einen Stern. Das Hotel ist weit entfernt von einem 5-Sterne-Standard und wir können es nicht empfehlen.

Otel, plajı ve deniz tertemiz. Olanaklar, yiyecek ve içecek genel itibariyle düzgün. Kafa dinlemek için ideal, eğlenmek içinse bir o kadar elverişsiz. Otelde ve civarında akşamları vakit geçirecek hiçbir şey bulunmuyor. Kahvaltıda ve öğlen servis edilen yiyecekler çeşitli ve yeterli ancak akşam yemekleri için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim. Akşam yemeklerinde acilen çözüm bulunmalı, hem lezzetsiz hem de çeşitlilik yok. Her akşam sadece 2 yemek oluyor. Aç kaldığımız veya mecburen yemek yediğimiz günler oldu.

Otel çok güzel yapılmış. Öte yandan; çalışanlar oldukça deneyimsiz. İyi niyetli ve çalışkan olmaları yeterli değil; garsonluk, barmenlik, vs birer meslek. Buralarda turizm otelcilik mezunu gençleri tercih etmenizi öneririm.

Otelin yatakları çok rahat , mimarisi hoş , denizi güzel

Bu otelin bir haftalık fiyatı 6 bin dolardan 3 bin dolara düşmüş gözüküyordu, yorumlar da çok güzel olunca Booking e güvenerek tercih ettik, ancak bu kadar güzel bir otel en fazla bu kadar kötü yönetilebilir. İlk gün otelde su krizi yaşandığını öğrendik, bir otelin sezon zamanı içme suyu bitebilir mi ?? Tüm otel susuz kalmış 3 gün, dışarıda bir sürü yerde su satılıyor, ama bu otelde kıtlık bilinci vardı maalesef, her şeyi o kadar kısıyorlar ki, muhtemelen suları en ucuza toptan almak için insanları beklettiler, her şey dahil konseptiyle otele gidiyorsun, ancak açık büfe yerine alacarte sistemi var, buna da tamamız biz, alacarte menü olması kötü değil, ancak madem 50 tane yemek yapıp açık büfe yapmıyorsunuz, 3-4 tane ana yemek var, onları da kaliteli yapın, sabah kahvaltısında ekmek ve simitler hep bayat geliyor, bir tane fırın yok mu ? Simitlerin hepsi plastik gibi, ekmeklerin hiçbiri taze değil, dönerler marketlerde satılan hazır döner, kullandıkları yağ o kadar kötü ki yemek sonrası zaten rahatsız hissediyorsunuz, biz son 3 günümüzde hep dışarıdan yemek yedik, Turgutreis merkezde yemeklerimizi yedik, otelde bulamadığımız lezzeti merkezde rahatça bulduk ayrıca otelde en basiti bir kahve siparişi veriyoruz, Ice Latte istiyoruz genelde bardak bittiği için plastiği de tercih ediyorlar ama en son kahvemizi bira bardağına koydular! turizm otelcilik okuyan bir kişi bile yok mu aralarında ? Bu otele ucuz işçi diye doğu anadoludan masum gencecik öğrenciler gelmiş, onların hiçbir suçu yok, çalışanlar çok tatlı insanlar, hayatlarında 5 yıldızlı otel tecrübeleri olmamış, burayı da o yüzden güzel sanıyorlar ama Ice Latte Efes Pilsen bira bardağına da konmaz, yanında bir sürü Cam bardak var, içecekleri sahile de götürmüyoruz, restorandayız, yanında bir sürü cam bardak ve kahve bardakları varken ? Tüm tatil boyunca Kola sipariş ettik , ve gelen kolada hiç bir zaman gaz yok, ancak söylersen de size ayran verelim diyorlar :) 2.

Sakin ve Huzurlu
Pros:

Otel sakin ve kaliteli bir tatil geçirmek isteyenler için ideal. Odalar temiz ve büyük. Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Akşamları haftada 3 gün canlı müzik var. Denizi çok güzel. Sabah kahvaltısı serpme. Akşam yemekleri her akşam farklı bir ülke mutfağı var ve yemekleri menüden seçip masaya istiyorsunuz.
