Cons:

Frühstück entspricht nicht der Hotelklasse. Sehr limitiert, nach dem ersten Kaffee muss man zusätzlich zahlen. Habe dies der Reception mitgeteilt, leider folgte keine Reaktion.

Oui mais pas à 400€ la nuit
Pros:

Je mets un 8 malgré que nous ayons quitté cet hôtel plus tôt, pourquoi ? Car tout dépend du prix que vous avez en tête nous avions une réservation à plus de 400€ la nuit (resa totale 5nuits) c’est à dire le prix donc d’un grand hôtel de la capitale pour cela il faut que les prestations suivent et clairement cet hôtel ne vaut pas 400€ la nuit.
Le positif :
- le personnel qui a fait tout le nécessaire pour nous satisfaire pour la seule nuit où nous somme resté
- les pizzas au RDC
- l’emplacement et la piscine sur le toit magnifique

Cons:

- chambre (très) petite et bruyante
- piscine autorisée pour les enfants qui se transforme en parc aquatique. Il faut mettre une heure maximum pour les enfants pour mettre au adulte d’en profiter aussi sachant que celle ci est très petite
- 6 transats pour des dizaines peut être presque 100 clients clairement pas assez.

Es war alles super. Alle waren super nett. Das Essen war sehr gut. Frühstück war top - Blutorangensaft sehr lecker. Die Austern beim Pool sehr, sehr gut. Der Pool super Aussicht und beheizt - also auch sehr gut geeignet für etwas kühlere Tage und super zum Entspannen nach einem hektischen Tag in Tokyo. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer top. Die Gesichtsmaske und der Tee vorm Einschlafen am Zimmer, sowie die Pyjamas des Hotel sehr, sehr gut - haben gut geschlafen.
Super Niveau, modern, urban, hip und entspannt.

Pros:

Alles war auch bei unserem 2. Aufenthalt top - absolut zu empfehlen. Wir wurden mit einem Kärtchen "Welcome back" in unserem Zimmer empfangen - fand ich sehr aufmerksam und hat mich gefreut.
Alle sind super nett, Ausstattung top, Pool mega, Frühstück sehr gut.
Wir mussten vor der Beginnzeit des Frühstücks bereits zum Flughafen und bekamen ein Frühstückspaket gepackt - absolut top :)

Go for a nightcap to the rooftop bar and hangout in the jacuzzi enjoying the Tokyo night sky!
Pros:

Not only does Trunk Hotel benefit from superb views over a green park from the rooftop bar and pool area, the architecture and attention to detail is top notch! Big kudos to the architect Keji Ashizawa ;- )

Cons:

I am getting very wary of very slippery shower flowers...
