Es war alles super. Alle waren super nett. Das Essen war sehr gut. Frühstück war top - Blutorangensaft sehr lecker. Die Austern beim Pool sehr, sehr gut. Der Pool super Aussicht und beheizt - also auch sehr gut geeignet für etwas kühlere Tage und super zum Entspannen nach einem hektischen Tag in Tokyo. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer top. Die Gesichtsmaske und der Tee vorm Einschlafen am Zimmer, sowie die Pyjamas des Hotel sehr, sehr gut - haben gut geschlafen.
Super Niveau, modern, urban, hip und entspannt.

Pros:

Alles war auch bei unserem 2. Aufenthalt top - absolut zu empfehlen. Wir wurden mit einem Kärtchen "Welcome back" in unserem Zimmer empfangen - fand ich sehr aufmerksam und hat mich gefreut.
Alle sind super nett, Ausstattung top, Pool mega, Frühstück sehr gut.
Wir mussten vor der Beginnzeit des Frühstücks bereits zum Flughafen und bekamen ein Frühstückspaket gepackt - absolut top :)

Go for a nightcap to the rooftop bar and hangout in the jacuzzi enjoying the Tokyo night sky!
Pros:

Not only does Trunk Hotel benefit from superb views over a green park from the rooftop bar and pool area, the architecture and attention to detail is top notch! Big kudos to the architect Keji Ashizawa ;- )

Cons:

I am getting very wary of very slippery shower flowers...

Beautiful hotel with outstanding amenities
Pros:

The Trunk hotel exceeded expectations on many levels! The best part was the staff. They were always kind, helpful, and went above an beyond on service. Other highlights included breakfast (perhaps the best we've ever had - highly recommend!), the best toilets, showers, bedroom amenities, and the pool/hot tub was wonderful at the end of the day.

Cons:

The noise was our biggest issue. There is a busy road between the hotel and the park, and our room was on the 2nd floor just above the busy road. We noticed it was not loud on the 6th floor room, so maybe the higher level rooms are quieter. Also, the rooms were much smaller than expected. While sleek and well equipped, it felt cramped.

Very modern but staff needs a lot of training
Pros:

The location was two blocks from my son near Yoyogi park.Most of the staff was delightful.There was a wonderful girl in restaurants that was marvelous.i think her name was kali.

Cons:

It was very noisy as we faced a busy road.And there was a very rude staff in the pool area.He wasn’t japanese．ｈｅ　told my son and his new wife to leave the pool and no potato chips were allowed.The manager was called nd she apologized but they were very embarrassed
