夜景很漂亮，打掃很整潔迅速，反應房間藍芽喇叭有損壞也很快的更換

Cons:

洗機有四臺可以使用，並且附有密碼鎖定裝置，不怕衣服被隨意拿走，但這個措施被濫用，有旅客利用一早時間洗衣服，隨後就出遊，導致洗完衣服後佔用洗衣機超過5個小時以上，後面的住客完全無法使用，非常缺德。
沒有開水飲水機，必須到健身房才有

Surprisingly luxurious stay for great value in the heart of Nagoya
Pros:

The hotel is very aesthetically well designed, feels very luxurious! The rooms are adequately spaced, very clean, all the amenities are very thoughtfully provided. The view from the 24th floor lobby is amazing, as well from the rooms because of the height (24 and up). Located in the Chunichi building there is a Family Mart and Matsukiyo drug store just below the hotel. Very convenient! Also very strategically located in Sakae with restaurants, luxury department stores (Mitsukoshi) and boutiques are just a walk away, there’s even a new building (Haera) also just across the street very near, and Parco where they have Pokemon Center Nagoya on the other side. There’s also a very nice park to walk at just across the hotel, overall great upscale feel area.

Cons:

The lift from the ground floor to the 24th floor lobby is very slow, sometimes it accumulates a queue at the ground floor. The refrigerator jn the room is like very narrow you can only fit a row of small cans.
