Beautiful hotel, but very busy at times. Probably the front desk staff are a bit new.
Pros:

Location, beautiful rooms. It’s always very clean, the housekeeper staff is great, the first lounge visit we had was excellent, with the female bartender who spoke very good English.

Cons:

Seemed like it had just opened the way staff responded to requests. They were also confusing about the lounge use. First they said to inform them 1 hour ahead if we will use the lounge. Then later additionally asked that we inform them if it’s not going to be used. I don’t understand this. Either one or the other, if you choose one option then automatically you know what to expect, it’s common sense. When I am on vacation sometimes I cannot predict what time I will return from a tour. Sometimes it’s very early, so I called an hour beforehand to say I would like to use the lounge. Another day we arrived very late because of heavy traffic caused by an accident on the highway, so I didn’t use the lounge. I cannot plan every second of my stay that defeats the purpose of relaxing on my vacation. As someone who booked the nicest suite expected a bit more.

Pros:

The staff was amazing and super helpful. The hotel is really nice and being able to check the laundry online is good. The gym looks nice too and the location is great. The breakfast was awesome.

Pros:

Ultra central et près du métro
Hôtel magnifique récent. La chambre en corner est un havre de paix. La meilleure literie que je n’ai jamais eu au Japon un bonheur.

Cons:

Rien si ce n’est que j’aurais aimé que mes bagages soient livrés dans ma chambre. Les amenities sont limitées pour un hôtel de ce standing au Japon.

Sehr modernes Hotel in einer tollen Stadt und auf jeden Fall unsere Unterkunft beim nächsten Besuch.
Pros:

Ein tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage zu den Hotspots von Nagoya. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und die Ausstattung ist sehr modern und die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Fön, Wasserkocher, Bügeleisen und andere technische Geräte sind vorhanden. Zum Frühstücksbuffet geht es in die Restaurantetage, um ein großartiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück zu genießen.

Cons:

Leider gibt es keinen Schrank, also bleibt die Kleidung im Koffer. Einige Bügel für Hemd und Hose oder Jacke sind vorhanden.

TVでYouTubeも見れたのでお部屋でも快適に過ごせました。
朝食ビッフェはどれを食べても美味しかった。
