冷蔵庫が冷えてなかった。
外出の際はエアコンも切れて帰室時は暑かった。

The hotel is very clean, in a quiet location and a 5 min walk to the metro. The staff is kind and ready to help you. The room was a bit small, especially if you have big luggage, but it was very cosy.

Kind and service minded personel. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom smelled of mold, which was also visible around the bathtub. The fridge only cooled very little (definitely not enough) and the air conditioner was loud and not effecient. The drying function of the washing mashine didn't work properly.

Posizione ++++, struttura nuova

Cons:

Ho chiesto una stanza non fumatori, ma l odore di fumo era molto forte dovuto alla moquette. Il consiglio è non farsi dare la stanza al piano terra perché è di fianco lo spazio fumatori.

The location - not far from Nishiki market and Gion and on a charming back street. Comfortable room. Good spacious bed. Friendly staff.

Cons:
