Perfect stay in Tokyo!
Pros:

It’s my 3rd time staying here this year! This is my go-to hotel! Super conveniently located and very nice rooms! The rooms are perfectly sized and clean! Super helpful staff and the food/drinks were amazing! We loved using the lounge too!

Cons:

Nothing! Everything was amazing!

Was the perfect hotel for us: super clean and modern design, excellent location right above the Toranomon station which is not center Tokyo but very convenient.The staff did above and beyond for us! Were both professional and pleasant

Beautiful but overpriced
Pros:

Food was 10/10. The lounge was well stocked. The staff were kind and helpful. The facilities were clean and felt luxurious. The hotel is connected to the Metro and lots of shopping. From our room we had a clear view of Tokyo tower.

Cons:

We stayed for three nights and our room was not serviced once. There were no slippers to wear around the room. Minus the lounge, the hotel felt like it was missing amenities for the price. My favorite part of the hotel was actually the restaurant.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The absolute highlight of this stay was the view. It was superb and truly striking. Turning off the room lights at night to admire the illuminated Tokyo Tower created an incredibly special and memorable atmosphere.
The breakfast was also great. They use high-quality products and everything was prepared with great care and attention to detail.

Cons:

The room could have been a little bigger. However, I am fully aware that smaller spaces are simply the reality of staying in Tokyo, and the breathtaking view more than made up for it.
Navigating the hotel tower is not very straightforward, especially the layout within the tower and its connections to the underground. It can be a bit confusing at first, and it definitely takes some time to get used to the space and figure out how to move around efficiently.

Lovely modern hotel, great for exploring Tokyo
Pros:

Lovely and modern hotel. Directly on the metro line. Close to the best neighborhood and shopping districts of Tokyo. Great service and the lobby bar / restaurant is a lovely spot.
