快適、駅近。
Pros:

設備が新しく、掃除も行き届いていた。スタッフさんも親切で良かった。

Cons:

エレベーターの前に立つと、蛍光灯がピカーんと光る。

位置極佳、房間寬敞，浴室乾濕分離的設計非常出色，人工溫泉大浴場也很加分。但整體煙味過重，即使入住禁菸房，走廊、電梯與房內仍能聞到。入住後我的呼吸道症狀明顯惡化，返台後更被診斷為急性上呼吸道感染。怕菸味
Pros:

飯店的位置非常方便，從德山站北口步行約1分鐘，幾乎與車站相連，拖著行李移動也很輕鬆。飯店於2024年才開幕，房間空間比一般日本商務旅館寬敞，整體設計與設備也很新。尤其浴室規劃得非常好，乾濕分離，淋浴、洗手台與廁所各自獨立，使用起來舒適許多。館內另有人工溫泉大浴場，對連續出差數日的旅客來說確實很加分。

Cons:

最大的問題是整間飯店的煙味實在太重。即使入住的是禁菸房，從走廊、電梯到房間內，仍能明顯聞到殘留的菸味，感覺已經不是單靠一般清潔或除臭就能完全處理。

我原本呼吸道狀況就不太好，入住後症狀明顯加重，返台後甚至發展成急性上呼吸道感染。雖然不能斷言完全是飯店的煙味造成，但如此濃重且持續的菸味，對呼吸道敏感者確實非常不友善。如果非常在意菸味、患有氣喘、過敏或呼吸道疾病，訂房前真的要再三考慮。

更令人意外的是，這間飯店2024年才開幕，設備明明很新，卻已經有如此明顯的煙味殘留，實在非常可惜。
