Lovely modern and centrally located hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful modern hotel very near to Nijo-Jo castle and the imperial palace, spacious and surrounding area felt like you were in right near the transport links. The staff were very helpful and we were able to arrange taxis, forward luggage and get advice.

Cons:

Sofa bed was quite noisy, and not very comfortable for 2 kids sharing.

Pros:

Établissement neuf. Le niveau d anglais du personnel extrêmement pauvre pour un hôtel qui accueille des touristes. Les chambres sont propres à l arrivée mais son a peine nettoyée durant le séjour. Il utilise un système économique et seul les draps de bain sont changés et les poubelles vidées. Sur 6 nuits nous n avons eu qu un nettoyage complet de la chambre. Aucun rangement pas possible de sortir ses vêtements de la valise

Le peu de connaissances d anglais du personnel et ils utilisent un traducteur virtuel pour communiquer.

Kaya Kyoto Nijo Castle
De todos los hoteles en los que estuvimos durante nuestra luna de miel en Japón, este fue sin duda nuestro favorito. El diseño del hotel, una combinación perfecta entre lo moderno y lo tradicional, nos pareció espectacular.
La habitación fue la más bonita en la que nos hemos alojado: amplia, impecablemente limpia y con una cama comodísima. Además, el hotel se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila, donde pudimos disfrutar de un descanso absoluto, sin ni un solo ruido.
Las instalaciones son magníficas y el personal destaca por su amabilidad y profesionalidad. Llegamos cansados después de un largo viaje y nos recibieron con un detalle que nos encantó: nos ofrecieron un té y unas toallas húmedas para refrescarnos a nuestra llegada.
Una experiencia inolvidable y, sin duda, el hotel que más disfrutamos de toda nuestra luna de miel en Japón.

En av oss sov i bäddsoffa omgjord till säng och den var inte bekväm. Väldigt dyr frukost som vi därför aldrig åt.

Comfortabel en schoon hotel in rustige wijk van Kyoto

Heerlijk hotel in rustige wijk van Kyoto. Er zijn een paar fantastische restaurants te vinden in de kleine straatjes van deze rustige buurt. Ook kan je makkelijk lopend naar het centrum van Kyoto komen.

The best hotel in Kyoto
Pros:

The best hotel I’ve been to. Location is amazing, staff was great, hotel is new and luxurious.

We liked the breakfast and the room. My husband still talks about how good was this hotel:)

So would definitely recommend!

Pros:

Perfect place to stay if you don't want to be at the very touristic places. It has a cozy atmosphere is close to Park Gyoen and Nijo Castle and has good options of restaurants at walking distance. Bus and metro options for the other venues very easy. I recomend!
