Our experience was amazing due to the excellent hospitality of the staff and room's comfort/locale.
Pros:

The staff was absolutely amazing during our stay and assisted with all of our questions. The reception area offers basic toiletries such as toothbrushes with toothpaste, combs and razors that are included in the stay.

The Deluxe Studio Apartment room had plenty of space for the 4 of us and it was clean and comfortable. It includes a small kitchen that was very nice for bringing back groceries to make our own meals.

The location was fantastic as the Tsukiji markets are right around the corner for eating in or buying goods to take back. There are a couple of konbinis in the area, a tucked away shrine to admire and two nearby train stations (less than 10 min walks) to get us into other areas of Tokyo conveniently, as well as bus stations a couple minutes walk away to easily get to Tokyo station or Toyosu in a few stops.

Luggage forwarding wasn't performed within the property itself, however the staff was of great help in providing a walkthrough of how and where to take the luggage to do so, which is close by. They also provide the paperwork to fill out, including checking it over if you ask.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again, as well as look into the other Section L properties since this location was amazing.

Good location, clean and comfortable with no flexibility
Pros:

The property is clean and comfortable, very good location close to the fish market and Ginza

Cons:

1. The laundry facilities were frustrating to use. Despite following the instructions, using ChetGPT translation (as instructions were in Japanese only) we couldn’t get our clothes to dry properly.
2. The hotel doesn’t offer luggage storage beyond the short period until your room is ready. There is no option to send luggage days before check-in or leave it there after check-out, which is a significant inconvenience for travellers and is very uncommon in Japan.
3. The hotel was unwilling to offer any flexibility with its cancellation policy, even though we notified them nine days before our stay that we had to cancel because we couldn’t store our luggage. A more customer-friendly approach would have been appreciated.

Great and comfortable stay in Tokyo
Pros:

Excellent staff!!!
Pros:

The hotel location is amazing and the staff was outstanding!!! We are as a family super happy with our stay for sure will book this hotel again if we visit Tokyo in the the future.

Cons:

Everything was great. Dedicated smoking area for hotel guests would be great.

Superbe adresse
Pros:

Superbe appartement en plein cœur de Tsukiji, à deux pas du marché aux poissons et proche de Ginza.
L’appartement comprend deux lits simples, ainsi que deux lits superposés, une petite cuisine et une salle de bain avec machine à laver.
L’appartement est relativement spacieux : parfait pour deux adultes et deux enfants, y compris valises.
Proche des métros G, A et H. Facile pour rejoindre les principaux lieux d’intérêt rapidement.

Perfect hotel for a 4 night stay to explore Tokyo.
Pros:

Location is great and very convenient to many attractions. Room is clean and stuff are very friendly. I really like they have a washer/dryer in the room which makes our stay very convenient.

普段は別々に宿泊する同僚と一緒のお部屋で興味深い体験でした。面白かったです。
Pros:

築地本願寺に行きたかったので、近くて良かった。タオルや洗面室その他、清潔で気持ちよく使えました。

Cons:

洗面所の換気がもっとあると良かったと感じました。
２段ベッドの上段を利用する際、はしごの真上に大きなライトがあるので、頭がぶつかりました。少しズレていればぶつかりません。
大きなバスタオルはありましたが、フェイスタオル（小さいタオル）も人数分欲しかったです。
