Sehr professionelle Administration, MA sehr hilfsbereit, gute Lage, Küche gut ausgestattet (sogar Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer, Essig), netter Balkon, am WE eher teuer

Perfect for our needs - easy access to the Berlin sites and an all round comfortable stay

Good size, great location and super smooth registration and access process

Cons:

The shower and screen were oddly positioned meaning access was awkward, but not a major flaw.
Would have benefited from a portable aircon or a ceiling fan.

Pros:

Nell’appartamento spazioso e in una posizione ottima per raggiungere tutti i punti centrali.

Cons:

Il divano letto non è adatto a due adulti o comunque il materasso non è adatto perché veramente impossibile per dormire per due adulti. Abbiamo dovuto mettere il topper dell’altro letto per renderlo più gestibile.

Très bien situé. Proche du métro et des commerces. Appartement calme, propre. Accès et stationnement (payant) facile dans le quartier.

Cons:

Le canapé-lit est très inconfortable, même pour des enfants.
Il faudrait ajouter un assortiment complet de couverts et d’assiettes.
Le check-in/check-out est 100 % en ligne, avec obligation de fournir des informations personnelles sous peine de ne pas recevoir les codes d’accès.

Ottima soluzione vicino ad Alexanderplatz
Pros:

Location pulita ed accogliente, comoda perché non lontana da Alexanderplatz. L'appartamento anche se non grandissimo ha tutto e per 4 persone è una ottima soluzione.

Cons:

Bisogna limitare gli orari di chiacchere notturne perché alle 3 di notte sono spiacevoli!

Goede plek op een perfecte locatie
Pros:

Fijn appartement op een hele goede locatie. Goed bed en ruime badkamer. Ligt aan rustige en brede straat. Je kunt de auto makkelijk parkeren om je spullen binnen te zetten. Parkeerplaats (zelf regelen) is vlakbij. Communicatie en incheck gegevens gaan via een site; ff inloggen en dan krijg je de juiste info.

Pros:

La ubicación está muy bien. La habitación que nos tocó era muy cómoda, pero estaba en la primera planta por lo que era mucho mas oscura que en las fotos. Es bueno saber que no hay extractor, por lo que cocinar no es opción, o como me indicó el personal, hay que abrir las ventanas para que no suene la alarma ya que vendrían los bomberos a apagarla. Mas allá de eso, volvería a hospedarme allí pidiendo una habitación en un piso más alto.

Cons:

Estuvo todo bien, solo que casi que de casualidad ví que en el edificio hay un landry, por lo que pedí las indicaciones para llegar. Podrían darlas sin que uno lo solicite; por cierto funciona muy bien y es muy cómodo
