Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal für einen Aufenthalt in Berlin hier und wie immer war es eine 10/10 🥰

Pros:

Very comfortable hotel, beautifully designed, great view of the river and great location. Second time we return and we will return again.

Cons:

I took a couple of points off because the staff at the reception weren't the most welcoming or warm.
A smile can go a long way...

Cons:

Signage could be better so that it’s easier to find. Bathroom could use some shelves for bathroom bags and to hang up towels.
Cobwebs on ceiling and lights could be removed

Séjour parfait, superbe chambre et bonne ambiance !
Pros:

Superbe établissement, le confort y est optimal d’un point de vue acoustique intérieure et vers la rue, la chambre était très agréable et bien aménagée, la literie très confortable, les produits de douche de bonne qualité, et le balcon de la chambre côté rue nous a permis de profiter d’un bain de soleil dès le matin. La machine lavante/séchante étaient vraiment un point fort nous permettant de faire notre journée sans nous soucier de la gestion du linge.
Le personnel était adorable, de bon conseil et tres aidant.
La salle de sport et le café anima et sa terrasse étaient vraiment des points forts ! Nous nous sommes sentis accueillis, à l aise et détendus, à l image de l hôtel !

Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, merci 😊

Petit oubli de pastille vaisselle et absence de cycle de clean de la machine à laver après le check out précédent mais ce sont des détails dont nous n avons absolument pas pâti

Komfortables Apartment mit super Aussicht. Lage nur für Uber Arena Besucher ideal

wunderschöner Flußblick, Fenster/ Balkontür schalldicht so dass Club gegenüber null gestört hat und es ganz ruhig war. nettes Frühstückscafe im Erdgeschoss .

Cons:

Spreeufer und East side gallery sind toll aber die Verkehrsanbindung in die Mitte für uns als Rollifahrer ließ zu wünschen übrig. Bus kam einfach nicht. ( 3 mal pro Stunde ohnehin kein guter Intervall.) Ostbahnhof : S bahn Gleis Aufzüge ausser Betrieb . Für Uber Arena Besucher super Lage aber sonst etwas "abseits" .
