Amazing stay, great location, comfortable rooms, and incredibly friendly staff!
Pros:

The hotel is located just 5 minutes from Rulantica and 10 minutes from Europa-Park, which was incredibly convenient.

The room was clean and looked great. The bed was comfortable, and the TV had YouTube, which was a nice touch. The bathroom had a large mirror, a good hairdryer, and an amazing shower.

The staff were very attentive, extremely helpful, and friendly. They also had fresh popcorn made every day and available for free in the lobby, which was a pleasant surprise!

Here's a quick tip: if you read the sign behind the door in your room, you'll see that you get a free drink for each day you skip housekeeping. We only noticed this on the last day of our stay, but it was definitely worth it! Hahaha.

Parking was 10 Euro a day to park outside and 15 Euro to park underground.

Overall, we had an amazing stay. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Paid parking, but it was expected and well advertised.

Draining and dissapointing.
Pros:

The location was ideal and we chose this place a long time ago, but we booked last minute. The staff were very friendly and prompt to assist. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is just enough to get you start the day.

Cons:

We were in room 416, between a group that apparently had multiple rooms. They were very loud until late at night, i had called the receptionist to assist me. We were still in the elevator and we could hear them scream and a very loud bang. She told them to be quiet but this continued in the coming nights too. I went to their door at 11 and next night at 12:30 at night. We were leaving around 10 in the morning and coming back between 10:30-11:00 pm, very tired after a day at the parks but we could not rest until after 1 am. Then had to make sure we wake up in time for breakfast and completely drained. Horrible experience. Walls are not properly isolated, could hear their kids jump off the beds, slamming stuff around the room very loud plus the screaming. I get it, that we are in vacation but hotel room should be a rest and recharge point for next day, not a jungle. We stayed at many hotels and this never happened to us before.
I would just like to say thank you to the lady from reception that tried to assist the situation on Monday night. But i will not recommend this hotel to anyone, as i barely got any sleep at night and i was frustrated.

Prima hotel
Pros:

Goede ligging, waren binnen 10 min bij pretpark.
Ruime kamer met zitdeel (wel de grotere optie genomen omdat we nog een kleine mee hadden) en ruim balkon. Kamer van de pubers was kleiner maar voor hun ook echt prima.
Hotel wordt goed schoon gehouden

Pros:

Sehr schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Super freundliches Personal. Sehr bequemes Bett. Schön ruhig gelegen. Super Frühstück. Einfach alles in allem ein top Hotel und sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Cons:

Wer hier etwas zu meckern hat, sucht regelrecht das Haar in der Suppe.

Pros:

La cama es muy cómoda.

Cons:

No me gustó que pusimos para que hicieran la habitación y dejé unas toallas en el suelo, para cambiarlas , se las llevaron y no las repusieron. Aunque en recepción baje y me las dieron.
También tuve un pequeño problema con la reserva, por suerte se solucionó.
