Зручне ліжко. Гарна косметика у ванній.

Cons:

Дуже маленький номер. Готель був закритий коли ми приїхали. Це була 18:00. Довелось у сусідньому ресторані шукати адміністратора щоб нам відкрили двері.

Super Hotel, super Personal . Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Personal war super super freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist top, gleich über die Straße Ist auch die S-Bahn ( S3 Haltestelle Reeperbahn), somit ist man auch im Nu in der City, Landungsbrücken, Elfie. Das angrenzende Restaurant in dem auch das Frühstück ist, ist nur zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Es hat alles gepasst, wenn jetzt nichtdeutsche Orangensaft beim Frühstück nachgefüllt worden wäre …. Aber das wäre Jammern auf hohen Niveau.

Tolle Lage, unglaubliches Frühstück
Pros:

Perfekte Lage direkt am Anfang der Reeperbahn und am gleichnamigen S-Bahnhof. Angenehmes Ambiente, Tolles Frühstück mit erstklassigem Service. Sehr gute Ausstattung (Rituals-Duschgel, kostenlose Flasche Wasser, gratis Candy-Bar im Foyer)

Cons:

Das Zimmer war recht klein und beengt - für Städtereisen mit kleinem Gepäck aber absolut ausreichend. Zimmer zur Straße raus könnten nachts laut werden, aber die Zimmer haben Klimaanlage, so dass man mit geschlossenem Fesnter schlafen kann,

Das Personal ist durch die freundlichkeit sehr hervorzuheben, vielen Dank für den tollen Service!
Pros:

das Frühstück war perfekt, von allem was da, das Personal war sehr freundlich, flix und hat dafür gesorgt das es an nichts fehlt!! Auch im Restaurant haben wir hervorragend gegessen!
Die Lage ist perfekt um auch fußläufig alles zu erreichen, von der großen Freiheit bis zur Elphi!

Hervorheben muss man das sehr freundliche Personal an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück und Restaurant am Abend!
Vielen Dank für den tollen Service

Cons:

Durch die schwarz gehaltenen Möbel fallen die extremen kalk flecken an Amaturen, Duschköpfen usw. sehr auf.
Im großen und ganzen sauber, nur leider hat es an den besagten Stellen etwas gefehlt.

Pros:

Wir kamen um 20:00 Uhr an. Wir warteten etwa 15 Minuten vor der Tür und dachten schon, das Hotel sei geschlossen. Das war etwas nervig. Dabei ist die Rezeption doch von 15:00 bis 23:30 Uhr besetzt. Wir möchten die Hotelleitung bitten, zwei Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption zu lassen und nicht nur einen.

Die Gastfreundschaft war hervorragend. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Trotz der zentralen Lage, war es sehr leise in dem Zimmer.

Pros:

Es ist ein absolut modernes, für den Hamburg Trip perfekt gelegenes Hotel.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet - auf Wünsche geht man individuell ein.
Ich habe selten so ein nettes Team erlebt - egal ob es an der Rezeption war oder beim Frühstück oder beim Abendessen - wirklich jeder war zuvorkommend - hier arbeitet man tatsächlich noch nach dem Motto der Kunde ist König - Danke!! - Weiter so und bis zum nächsten Mal.

Wir waren wirklich rund um zufrieden - nichts auszusetzen!

5/10 for the Hotel but 10/10 for the Breakfast.
Pros:

Probably the best thing about this hotel is the breakfast which you have to pay for every person every morning. And those 30€ per person, per morning can add up quickly. BUT this breakfast is by far one of the best I've ever experienced. The staff was really kind and accommodating and the hotel is located pretty well. Just 2 min away to the nearest subway station.

Cons:

There are definitely a few nit-picks here:
- The shower was just half-functioning with half of its holes either not working or shooting in completely wrong directions, plus you coudln't close the door so everything got wet.
- No shampoo, only body wash.
- I know it's not mandatory in Germany for a hotel to offer toothbrushes and paste... but it still baffles me when a high-esteemed hotel saves money at those points.
- Only one power plug was functioning. The other ones and the usb ports were all not working.
- Towels were not changed since they were not thrown to the ground which is apparently their rule.
- Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

In the end those little nit-picks stacked-up and for such an expensive hotel I've expected a bit more. Normally I'm not picky about such stuff, but when you keep noticing things where the hotel probably saved some money, then at some point you kinda get frustrated a bit.

Since you have to pay for the breakfast separetely I will rate this stay without it.
