Omgeving is mooi maar het hotel is goed voor 1 door reis overnachting maar niet geschikt voor meerdere nachten

Ontbijt was oké en de kamer was schoon

Cons:

Hele Warme kamer zonder ventilator.
1 set handdoeken voor 5 dagen geen verschoning gekregen terwijl meerdere keren gevraagd. Ook geen toilet papier.
Er word niet schoongemaakt in het hotel
Geen personeel aanwezig. Alles gaat via e-mail contact.
Nodigt niet uit tot avond eten ivm met vieze containers met maden erin. En dat is niet van 1 week oud.

5 nights with NO sleep
Pros:

The Hotel has potential. And once was probably beautiful. It had many new elements mixed with the old. Only thing we liked was the proximity to other tourist spots (Titisee, Schluchsee, etc)

Cons:

Too much to write. Hotel is run on minimum staff. Check in very impersonal with computer. No one around to answer questions. Only two staff in kitchen. No other human staff in the Hotel. Communication in German or English not possible. Total feeling of a hotel chain. It was 36c. We spent 5 nights. In a wooden Hotel in a spacious room under the roof. With 2 small windows to open. It was extremely hot. No fans. No screens in windows but we needed air. So ended up with a flying ant invasion and lots of critters. Screens are mandatory in this environment! The entire building was full of dead bees, wasps, butterflies, moths as all doors were kept open without screens. Terrible and unnecessary. Breakfast had no variation. Coffee machine constantly broke. You were lucky to get one full cup. Nice old school terrace but not able to just sit there to read etc. No lights turned on, chairs put up. So we were confined to our hot room (we had no balcony). Parking was a nightmare. The 7-8 spots in the lot were not sufficient for a fully booked Hotel. Had to find a spot in the residential area or along the fields. no one ever once came to clean the room or at a minimum checked on it. No new towels for 5 days, no garbage picked up etc. The absolute worst was that we basically did not sleep at all! It is impossible to sleep there due to (and one would not believe it) NOISE. Every guest we talked to said the same. It is advertised as being on the side of the village which in theory is true however between the Hotel and the “village” ie town of Hinterzarten runs a Bundesstraße. There is heavy traffic 24/7. It has been newly paved and the sound that travels up to the Hotel is as if you are lying on an Autobahn. Trucks and cars all day and night with no quiet period. It was absolute hell. Like torture. Hard to enjoy the days of vacation when you cannot get even one out of five nights sleep. We always travel with earplugs and even with those you could hear. Never again.

Proximité des curiosités à visiter. Cadre environnemental joli. Petit déjeuner correct. Le fait qu il n y ait pas de climatisation, car l endroit est situé au frais et dans la nature.

Cons:

Le checking dématérialisé qui prend du temps quand on a l habitude d avoir un réceptionniste en face de soi et aucun contact physique avec un éventuel interlocuteur pour toute question. Pas de ménage fait dans la chambre. Pas suffisamment de places de parking. Endroit bruyant de par la route principale, qui passe juste à côté de là et du personnel qui rit et parle fort dehors pendant la nuit quand on dort côté parking et intendance/cuisines. Les vacanciers respectent le sommeil et la tranquillité des gens contrairement à eux.

Das Zimmer war einfach, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber ruhig gelegen und die Preis/Leistung ist in Ordnung

Suspicions de punaises de lit…

Cons:

Cela fait 4 jours que nous avons écrit, car nous avons été piqués au réveil et cela ressemble à des punaises de lit. Nous avons demandé de vérifier les matelas et duvets pour éviter que d’autres clients ou hôtes soient contaminés. Malheureusement pas de réponse et c’est bien dommage, car nous ne savons pas si nous devons prendre des mesures…ce n’est pas sérieux et c’est regrettable!
