Das Frühstück war perfekt. Große Auswahl und sehr gut. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gesäubert und die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Top Leistung. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt.

Im Restaurant oben waren unglaublich viele Mücken, da kann man im Sommer kaum draußen sitzen.

Passables Hotel mit Personal- bzw. Führungsproblemen
Pros:

Typisches Standard-Mittelklasse-Kettenhotel. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Lage etwas außerhalb der Stadt, aber gut angebunden (Busstation vor der Türe).

Cons:

Das gesamte Personal war durchwegs überfordert, genervt oder für jeden Kundenkontakt ungeeignet. Bei der Rezeption fühlte ich mich viel mehr als Bittsteller bei einer Behörde als in einem Hotel, für das ich bezahle: als Belastung, nicht als Gast.
Beim Checkin: kein Hinweis auf die (bezahlte!) Gästekarte. Na gut, kann passieren. Abends: keine beworbene "24/7"-Bar oder Mahlzeiten oder irgendein Service, der Mitarbeiter meinte sehr angefressen "ich bin allein, ich verkaufe nichts". Die Dame beim Frühstück sprach keine Silbe Deutsch und auch nur gebrochenes Englisch (war aber immerhin bemüht). Beim Checkout fand es der sichtlich genervte Mitarbeiter nicht einmal der Mühe wert, ein schlichtes "Guten Morgen" zu erwidern oder auch nur vom Bildschirm aufzuschauen. Einfachste Vokabel wie "Bitte" oder "Danke" waren ihm zu mühsam. Nachmittags brüllte plötzlich jemand höchst aggressiv in extremer Lautstärke auf dem Flur - nicht etwa ein Konflikt unter Gästen, sondern der Housekeeping-Mitarbeiter, der bei der Arbeit im Nebenzimmer ein privates Videotelefonat führte und jemanden wiederholt lautstark als "Scharmuta" beschimpfte. Mein Kind war danach etwas verstört.
Ich habe schon in vielen Ländern in vielen Hotels übernachtet, aber das war ein Tiefpunkt, den ich ausgerechnet in Konstanz nicht erwartet hatte.

Sehr erholsam
Pros:

Das Hotel ist neu und sehr schick eingerichtet.
Der Bus fuhr direkt vom Hotel ab 👍

Cons:

Nur ein Mitarbeiter am Empfang!
Die Schlange zur Anmeldung war lang und es dauerte … wenn bekannt ist, dass ein Reisebus kommt, sollte man anders planen.

חדרים יפים ומרווחים, ניקיון, ארוחת בוקר טובה, מחיר הוגן.

Cons:

מיקום רחוק יחסית ממרכז העיר ומהטיילת. אבל יש קו אוטובוס שעובר כל חצי שעה ממש בפתח המלון ומקבלים כרטיסי נסיעה בחינם. הצ'ק אין לקח יותר מדי זמן. היה תור ארוך ורק פקיד קבלה אחד.
