Clean, friendly staff, a couple of nice food and drink options in the area
Pros:

Clean and comfy room. Bus stop directly in front of the building, so getting to the city centre and back is easy. Generally nice staff! Nice open lounge area.

Cons:

I understand some of the previous comments about check-in taking a while. I‘m assuming it is the same person and while they were friendly, a little more speed and efficiency would be better.
Also asking about the restaurant at the top illicited an annoyed response which I thought was unnecessary.
They have a bar in the lounge/reception area but no one really seems to be in charge at any given time. So if they’re all busy, getting a drink is a little difficult.
I only mention these things because staying longer than a couple of days, I would expect there to be more care in these areas but generally it would have been the cherry on top. Overall the hotel and staff are nice!

Pros:

Mega pyszne śniadanie, duży wybor i produkty bardzo fajnej jakości. Pokojwe przestronne, czytse, kolorowe i estetyczne. Okolica mimo że blisko głównej szosy to spokojna, bo hotel usytuowany jakby na dziedzińcu. Obsługa pomocna.

Brak własnego parkingu, konieczność dojścia ok. 300m

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und bedient. Vor allem die Empfehlung in der 6. Etage war top. Vielen Dank.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht so optimal funktioniert. Vielleicht habe ich es auch nicht gecheckt.

Sehr gutes, aber nicht überragendes Frühstück (wenig vegane Optionen). Modern eingerichtet und sauber. Raum gut temperiert (einstellbar). Freundliches Personal und effizienter Check-in/-out.

Cons:

Ungewöhnlich hellhörig für so ein neues Hotel (Husten, Toilettenspülung, Gepolter aus den Nebenzimmern, Türenschlagen vom Flur). Duschtür fehlkonstruiert bzw. falsch eingestellt: schwingt nur zwischen nach innen und nach außen geöffnet hin und her. Safe war nicht nutzbar, weil noch gesperrt.

Alles war top, sehr freundliches Personal, top Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr gute Busanbindung zur Altstadt. Es hat uns alles gefallen und wir würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
