Хорошее место, но с нюансами
Pros:

В общем и целом, номер приятный. Если не планируете проводить много времени в самом номере - то отличный вариант. Нас еще и смогли заселить на много раньше, чем официальный чек ин- за это огромный плюс и спасибо!
Местоположение отеля просто идеальное. 5 минут до станции и через 10 минут вы в центре города!

Cons:

Тут будет список, к сожалению:
1) Тапок нет, утюга нет, кондиционера нет..даже чая нет. Хотя при этом есть диффузор для фена?
2) В душе нет подписи что шампунь,а что гель для душа
3) Когда мы запросили уборку в номере, то вообще не поняли, что было убрано - мусор остался, пятна на раковине и зеркале остались, пятна на простынях. Но зато заправили кровать и поменяли полотенца.
4) как многие здесь описывали, если вы на стороне, выходящую на дорогу - удачи! Скорые, мопеды, автобусы - все прям под окном. Ну и так как кондиционера нет - окно будет вашим единственным вариантом прохладного воздуха.
Я видела где-то ответ от отеля, что либо можно попросить фен, либо за доп цену вы можете забронировать номер на другую сторону,тихую. Немного странный вариант от отеля, если честно, ибо почему бы не поставить фен сразу? И как по мне, отель в принципе это место отдыха и покоя- но тут, почему то за это нужно доплачивать

Could make a Habyt of staying here!
Pros:

The most comfortable bed of my entire trip! A simple but brilliant hotel with friendly staff and ideal facilities, the room was a perfect studio that I could imagine renting! It was clean and spacious, as was the hotel itself. The location was excellent, a few minutes walk from busy Ostkreuz station. Would very much consider Habyt next time I'm in Berlin! P.s dankeschön for the hat as a gift!

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Gute Erreichbarkeit des ÖPNV und Geschäfte. Außerdem ist die Nähe zum See sehr schon.
Die Ausstattung war fast perfekt. Die Kochzeile war gut eingerichtet.
Die Schallisolierung im Zimmer war sehr gut.

Cons:

Ein paar Minuspunkte gibt es zu folgenden Themen:
- die Dusche war meiner Meinung nach nicht gut gepflegt und der Duschkopf sah auch nicht mehr gut aus (teilweise dunkle Flecken)
- es hat mir für die Küche an Spülmittel und Schwamm gefehlt, sodass man hätte schnell was per Hand abwaschen können
- man konnte das Fenster nicht ganz öffnen

Fur Menschen ohne Anspruch und eine Nacht gerade so ok

Lobby sehr stylish, gute Lage zum Feiern, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist katastrophal. Hostels bieten mehr Qualität. Billige aufbackbrötchen nur verpacktes und auch da billigste Ware. Kaum vegane Optionen kein frisches Gemüse widerliches Rührei. Es war einfach ekelhaft und dafür 19 € ist eine absolute unverschämtheit!

Séjour agréable et fonctionnel
Pros:

La gare d'Ostkreuz est facilement accessible à pied en 7 mn, train direct jusqu'à l'aéroport en 25 mn. Le coin cuisine est très appréciable. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Vue sur la rue, mais très bonne isolation phonique.
