Excellent Location and Staff, but Small Rooms
Pros:

Unbeatable Location: The absolute best feature of this hotel is its location. It is situated right in the center of Mannheim, making it incredibly easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions.
• Spotless Rooms: The cleanliness of the room was top-notch. It was immaculate when I arrived, which I highly appreciated.
• Wonderful Staff: The hotel team was fantastic. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service.

Cons:

• Very Small Room Size: The room itself was quite cramped and tight on space.
• No Wardrobe: There was no proper wardrobe to hang or store clothes, which made organizing luggage a bit difficult.
